something has gone awry
A little more than a year ago, I bought these pants and loved them; they fit my petite frame perfectly, were suitable for business, andwashed beautifully Two weeks ago I purchased the identical model number and size and they were nothing like the first pair - they bagged and sagged and were too long. The fabric also felt thinner and less substantial. Please bring back the iriginal version.

Fabric stretches out after an hour and sags
Let me preface this review by saying I only wear EF clothes to work. Five star brand, and I have tons of silk shirts, jackets and crepe pants. The high-waisted crepe pants FEEL like the rest of my EF crepe pants, whether ankle or wide or straight-legged. However, the fabric becomes very saggy at the knees and butt within an hour of wearing. I'm a little annoyed because I bought two pair of these a couple of weeks ago and both have same issue. I can't return them and I feel a little silly wearing them on any day I have meetings with people as the saggy elephant legs make me feel super conscious. I know EF company people read these so am hopeful they will check and correct fabric errors.

Unbeatable
Nothing can beat the fabric of these pants, of which I have several pair, with variations of length or cut and color. It was fun to try this high-waist style and the almost black blue is such a great color, neutral yet with a touch of sophistication. I live in Florida, so the weight is almost year-round, except for the hottest summer days.

Simply the best
I had outgrown my last pair which I used to wear at least once a week while I was still working. I am retired now and rarely get this "dressed up" (I usually wear shorts and tees shirts now!) but it is a foundational piece whether for a casual or dress up occasion. I always feel "put together" and never worry about the pants bagging or being uncomfortable and they are SO easy to care for. They are always a part of my traveling wardrobe.

The PERFECT pant
I always struggle finding pants. I am tall with an hourglass shape and dont do well with mid or low rise bottoms, and length usually is an issue as well. I tried these on in store fully not expecting any sort of success, however... They were perfect? Shockingly so, too. I tried an XS, which I haven't been in many years (I am a size 6-8 in bottoms from other brands), however it fit me perfectly. The waist and hip/bum area are fitted while still allowing plenty of stretch for if I was to gain weight, and the length hits me like it does on the model. I will definitely buy more pants from EF!
