Sizing inconsistency
I bought these once before and I wear the all then time, they are gear. This time I bought two sizes, the XL was two inches shorter than the L so beware of sizing inconsistency.

Oh these pants! Such a gorgeous cut and seaming, and a wonderful combo of 2 of Eileen’s best things: Lantern + Crepe. Would LOVE it if there were more colors than just black.

Great Crepe Pant
The stretch crepe works well with the lantern shape. The slightly heavier weight makes the pants hang better on the body. I have several pairs of lantern pants but the crepe makes this pant my favorite. Great fabric for travel and for wearing for fall and spring.

Love them!!
I LOVE these. Got them in the mail today, they are gorgeous, comfortable, well-made, also love that they're vegan (wouldn't have purchased them otherwise). These are elegant no matter how you dress them. I am le petite, 5'2 and 110 lbs and got an XXS. They could be a smidge tighter (like another comment said, it's difficult for us petites), but I absolutely love these!

Loving the lantern

Flattering and super comfy

Please make in Petites!
I love these pants, but I wish they came in a petite size. Hemming these pants and maintaining the shape at the bottom is an extremely difficult endeavor!

Weird fit
Was really hopeful about these! But the crotch was really weird on. I even ordered a second pair in case it was a error, but no /: I'm also usually a medium but even an xs felt too big.

Dusty Knees
The pants are really cute, but the fabric picks up every shred of dust. I can't wear them without the knees turning white. Half of my wardrobe is Eileen Fisher, but this particular pair of pants has fallen short.

Finally a fit for small waists and larger bootys
I have always had difficulty with EF pants, waists too large in a L, or hips/thighs too tight in a M. These, in a perennial fabric, suit me to a tee. The pleats lie flat for me but give me the ease I want in the hips in a M consistently. I'm buying several pairs in case the style goes away. Since I know how well this fabric wears and washes over YEARS, these are an easy investment.

Too much fabric in the middle
I struggle to like this style since I like the fabric and wanted pants that are different than the usual slim crepe pants. But there way too much fabric in the hip area, and it looks pretty bulky. The pants need to be re-designed…

Best lantern pant fit
I have lantern pants in three fabrics. These are my favorite because they are easier care and I found a size down looks sleek and fits well in the lantern design. They are a lighter weight too.

A step up from the Original Lantern Pants
I have bought several iterations of the washable crepe lantern pants. These are a large improvement with the thicker fabric and the pockets. Good in the winter with short boots, they are comfortable, stylish and practical. Wash in machine and hang dry and these will survive years of wear. I will be investing in a second pair as I can already tell they are going to be in heavy rotation

Lantern pants
These are a wonderful material that wear and wash well. I read a review about them looking like clown pants and I see how they could feel this was in that the legs are large. But the legs taper and the pockets are nice. As always I would love to have these in other colors if possible, they are my go-to-pants.

Sold out in all but one size! Please re-stock!
Bought these pants during the summer in my usual EF size, and finally wore them now that it's fall here. I LOVE everything about these! So comfortable and can be worn with shorter tops and longer tops.
I'll buy at least two more pairs if you re-stock them, pretty please?!

very flattering shaping. could wear these with elegant top or casual. but oversized. i typically wear a medium (occasionally a small) and ended up in an extrasmall.

These pants were very large. I believe I could have worn two sizes smaller. The other pants I ordered in the same size were fine. They looked like they would have been very comfortable in the right size, and appeared to be well made.
