Not crazy about the fabric
I know others love these pants but I'm not crazy about the fabric. I prefer natural fibers. The fit is comfortable. Material a little scratchy.

Workhorse wear that always looks fabulous
These pants are some of the most flattering, hardest wearing, easiest to maintain I've ever encountered. They also travel very well
The fabric is magically the same high quality in all the colors (6+) I've ever bought.
In Minneapolis, I wear these easily for 3-seasons; when winter temps go below reasonable, I reach for the ponte (which travels even better, virtually wrinkle free to be honest) then switch back in the spring.
I've had pairs of these pants last 15+ years and counting. The black color is a wardrobe foundation and I just bought another pair of the wheat to take the place of less well-fitting khaki pants.
The only downside I see is the slender leg and ankle length style. While classic, the trend is moving to wider legs. I have some older pair styled with a straight leg that I had hemmed to hit the top of my shoes. Here's hoping that option returns.

These pants are super comfortable, hold their shape, and are perfect for travel. Lightweight and classic with many different top options.
