A pant for life
If I'm wearing pants, it's this piece. Dressing up? check. Business? check. Casual? check. Comfort, performance and style. What's not to love? My only quibble is I could really use another grey color. I have many graphite, I have pearl, I have, but don't care for, the Meteor color. I would love to see a reissue of ASH, My all time favorite grey and all of mine have finally given up.

Great except for no pockets
I have these pants in multiple colors. I love them except every time I wear them I wish there was a rear patch pocket to hold my phone. Most shirts are worn to cover a bit of the rear with these pants and I feel the benefit of a discreet pocket will outweigh any possible outrageous design lines. Running to meetings I am forced to hold little items in my hands and drop them on the way. The lack of pockets on Womens clothing across the industry is maddening. Embrace your innovation, Eileen Fisher, and give us some usable pockets!

Perfect pant for work, play and travel
I have about 1/2 dozen of this pant in different colors. Please, please, please bring this back in all sizes in the color Rye and something in the somewhat brighter red family-- like the dark cranberry (brighter than Cassis) that you did a few years ago.

Used to be the best pants
I have bought these pants since inception and they are the most wonderful fit and fabric, till this year. EF changed the sizing, especially the length. Cropped and ankle length are at least 2 inches longer than before. The fabric used to be nice and soft, not anymore. It is scratchy and the weave is different.
Please return to the old pants, this is too disappointing.

NEED TO BE AVAILABLE IN TALL LENGTHS!
These are perfect pants. They are streamlined, made with excellent fabric, chic and laundry beautifully. But you're losing so many sales because women who are tall or who want to wear heels just can't use this style. They need to be made in tall lengths.

Perfect, but
Did you know these pants would be perfect if they only had pockets!

Not the iconic 696
I'm receiving ads touting these pants as the iconic 696, the longtime bestseller and everyone's favorite pants. Having purchased and worn the 696 style for two decades, I can say these are NOT the same. First, the 696 I loved was a slim bootcut, full length pant. These are short and not slim. But it's mostly the fabric -- previous iterations were of higher quality than the current fabric, which is thin and scratchy. These pants look far too casual for my office, even in black, which was my go-to.

Favorite pant.
Love this pant but wish Eileen Fisher would add more colors beside blues and greens. I have 20 pair that lady driver!
