Good basic pants in straight fit
I am 5'3" and I bought these pants in regular size XXS, they fit me like full-length pants.
I was waiting for Eileen Fisher to make washable ponte pants in straight fit (not lantern, not wide leg), and this version of ponte pants suits my needs for basic black pants.
Alas no pockets. The fit is definitely generous, these pants are easy-fitting as described.

Fabric and Waist = Fail
These pants look like polyester, worst ponte pants I’ve ever purchased from EF. Bring back the old version of ponte styles that had wonderful feel, stretch and texture. These are actually laughable! $198 for these? Don’t waste your time, money and shipping costs. The waist has very little give compared to older versions. When will EF start listening to customers and stop changing what works.
