Who are these for?
I read the reviews and found them to be all over the map. Speaking solely for myself, a 5'9" apple-shaped woman who wears EF XL, the pants were tight in the waist, short in the rise, and huge in the hips and thighs. The fabric felt like scuba wear, nothing like the EF ponte I have in my closet. It is too slick and shiny and feels gross on my skin. Returned.

Soft pants
Very nice pants, so soft. But they are advertised as ankle pants, they were 4 inches too long for me. What is wrong lately with EF’s measurements?
Normally I hem myself, but I had these taken to the alterations. So I had to add another $45 to the already pricey pants. I love the maritime color.

Great silhouette and material

Not like it used to be to be!!!!
I purchased these last fall they were to replace a pair I had used for five years these were a disappointment they would have to be cleaned after one wear the fabric did not stay clean and fresh the fabric would
Lose shape bag out st knee area after five to eight hours !I am do now done with this company for certain pants quality isn’t there anymore!!!!There shoes they are only ones that is comfortable!!!!I know she sold company now someone else at the helm well they have lost a customer!!!

Just an overall versatile pant.

Forest floor?
It’s not a bad color but it has no relation to the actual color of the ‘forest floor’, which is lovely shades of decaying brown stuff. The name does not evoke a color that most women would like to brag about wearing. Also, the new fabric is heavy, stiff, and scratchy, where it used to be soft and supple. More self-own failures by EF. I’m bereft about what has happened to this incredible brand.

Great Fabric
I love the ponte fabric and slim style, but found the sizing off. In EF pants, I normally take a Small or Medium, but in these I had to size down to Extra Small. Even after sizing down to XS, the thighs are looser than I'd like in what's supposed to be a slim pant. I deducted one star because of the sizing.

Comfortable fit. Had to return because although usually the ankle cut on a missy size is a perfect length, these were way too long. Would have exchanged for a Petite but wasn’t offered the option.

This pretty pleated top with matching slim pants makes an excellent dressy-casual outfit that will go anywhere. And it's a color that looks good on everyone. Very light and packable for travel. Pair it with a fun choker or a double strand of pearls and you are set to go.

Not Slim At All
I purchased these in my usual size 12. They were enormous!! Inches of fabric along the legs. And fell fully from my butt down with no shape. Perhaps, one could call these straight but not slim. I wonder if anyone finds EF sizes quite variable? I do. Hard to rely on sizing. I love the designs and many of the fabrics but I find it tiresome to have ot return so many items because of sizing issues. I am a normally sized 12.

I love this pant, just not the green color
These pants are gorgeous and so comfortable and the best of both worlds - look like workpants but cozy like sweatpants. I bought the green color on sale - but it is kind of a weird army green. Will return and wait for the black to go on sale. The fit was PERFECT - I am 5’3”, 118lb and wear a PS.

Absolutely my favorite slacks!!
These are truly my favorite slacks … they fit perfectly (prefer the slim vs the straight) … purchased in black but also wanted the (navy) color…but wasn’t available. The fabric drape is refined …can be casual with a denim jacket and/or blouse or dressed up too.

This is the pant I've been waiting for, fabric is wonderful, smooth, substantial enough to drape beautifully and does NOT bag anywhere.. please please make in more colors other than eggplant and for heavens sake, keep it in your lineup. Thank you for terrific pair of pants..
