Great but not year round.
i love this pant…. And I have purchased a similar pant over the last 25 years.
I wouldn’t consider this a year round pant living in the northeast.
The fabric is much thinner than I anticipated. However, I do really love this pant.

So easy to wear
Wow, these are so soft and comfortable! The 28.5 inseam is just long enough on my 5'7" frame (often the 28" is a hair too short), and they feel amazing. Perfect with a loafer. I might just start collecting a few colours. I am 5'7," 113lb and the XXS fits like a trouser, not a legging. Really like these.

Most comfortable material for pants yet
This ponte material is so soft, comfortable and professional looking. It is also heavier fabric than the usual crepe pants, that I live in, so it’s better for cold winter days. Love the drape and easy washing machine care. Got the standard blazer too and it’s a great work suit that’s so comfortable.

Does not keep its shape
I have been a loyal EF customer for many years and these were purchased for a trip, but after just mid day, I realized how much they had grown in size. I wont wear them again, because they may grow and look baggy, not a refined look at all. I wish I could return them, but alas, no receipt any longer and I have worn them.

Chameleon Pants
The 696 pants are simply the best pants ever! A classic slim fit with great lines and never clingy.
These are my chameleon pants — they can be worn with anything and look great!
I have several pairs in different fabrics, and this flex ponte can be worn year round. Great fabric!

Big Dissapointment
I was hoping these would fit like the classic skinny ponte pant. They do not. Please consider bringing that pant back. I’m 5’7” and wear a small. None of your pants work for me now. I’ve been wearing the ponte skinny for more than 10 years. They were perfect.

SO VERY COMFORTABLE
I bought these to wear under the midnight blue long silk tunic and the y are perfect. Once could wear these pants for 24 hours in a row and be perfectly happy. A great pair of pants.

Great pants but EF customer service disappointing
I really liked these pants as they were more contemporary than many EF pants and draped slightly dress. Great color (the tan) and fit . Sadly I had to return them as the matching top was crazy super big and EF review response said to contact them - which I did but no response at all and the matching top was never carried by my local EF shop. Bummer!

As always, high quality product.
Eileen Fisher clothes are always well made and easy to wear. These pants are no exception. The color, which I hoped was brown, is more of a moss green which makes finding a top to pair with them a challenge in my closet.

sleek and terrific
Have these in 7 colors and love them for winter but they are good all year as not too heavy. Look polished with blazers fine with turtles and shirts. They are expensive but hang well and material is excellent

Best pants I own
I own these in at least half the colors. They are my go-to pant as I get ready for my day. They are a real work-horse, lasting for years. They also fit beautifully for those of us with broad hips. Note they are ankle length, which in winter allows me to slip them into boots and in summer allows me to wear them with sandals.

Very disappointed and would not recommend.
Would not recommend as the fabric stretches out in the knees after the first wear (as stated in other reviews) and looks awful. Quality of this line of clothing seems to gone downhill sadly.

STYLISH versatile pants
I have several of these style washable Flex Ponte pants in various colors as they fit me very well. I'm petite athletic build 5'2" and the regular size Small ankle length fits perfect. I've tried the petite PS and PM but typically PM too large and PS too small. I hope EF continues to offer ankle length styles as I will not purchase Full length that would require hemming.
