Not right for me.
This was not a good style for me. Too wide in the legs. Fabric sturdy; I think these pants would wear well, but did not like the shiny surface.

These may be my most favorite pants ever.
I ordered these black Lantern Pants in a Small and they fit perfectly. I'm 5'4" and the hem falls at my ankle, so not a cropped pant. There are beautiful flat seams that run up the back of the pant legs and also on the front of the legs, which the seam becomes the front/side pocket. I didn't know about this detail from the photos; it's a very beautiful (and slimming) detail.
I am not familiar with this particular Flex Ponte material and I love it. I wanted a heavier weight, still washable material than my usual Crepe and Jersey Knit pants, skirts, and shorts. This is it. The fabric is dense and also has a bit of a sheen which is quite nice.
I should buy another pair right now before my size sells out.
One last thing: I'm 145 lbs. and Eileen Fisher Small always fits me perfect.

The perfect transition pant
I bought this pants in the Alpine color
I immediately ordered it in black
It’s the perfect pant to transition from summer into cooler weather
I love the fit and it has a little more style than some of the straight legged pants
I do think it runs a little big
I’m often an extra small in EF but took an extra extra small in this pant

Stiff sweatshirt material. I couldn’t find the right size; large too big and medium too small. Nice style if you can get sizing right and material a little less stiff.

I'm horribly disappointed and dissatisfied!
After ordering multiple lantern pants to figure out the sizing (all reviews said they were large) and fabrics, I determined my size. All for waste of time and money! I reordered the pants I loved in 2 colors. Now they are too small! They changed the measur\ments! unbelievable! For this amount of money I expect consistency and performance. I am so frustrated by this swindle!

Flex ponte lantern pant
I purchased these pants just to try them. Wasn’t sure if I would like them or not. I love them!! They look so cute with short booties!! They are dressy. Nice material. Can’t wait to wear them out to dinner!!!! I’m 5’8.5” and 69 years old.
