Elegant and minimalistic.
I’ve needed a dressy but uncomplicated jacket for cool spring and fall mornings when waiting for my work bus. This is it! But, warning: I had to order one size up from my usual EF size medium. The large fits perfectly, even the sleeve length, and my arms are not long, so be warned if yours are. It arrived quite wrinkled but they mostly fell out after hanging for two days. Then I easily pressed with a steam iron. I plan to wear with EF black silk tees and silk pants or black washable stretch crepe pants. I got the ocean color and it will work well with my wardrobe. My two concerns are the price, which seems high, and the fact that pointe shrinks a bit when washed. I will wash on cold delicate with a mild detergent and then hang to dry. I will wash it in a large mesh bag. AND, EF, your writing guidelines prompt make it impossible to make corrections, like pointe for ponte because the prompt covers up part of the review section and it’s impossible to go back. Please fix.

Beautiful Jacket

Great quality, but too long for me
Loved this, but sadly I have to return it as it was too long for me, at 4’10” even petite sizes don’t always fit correctly. Great quality as usual though.

Did not fit well
I have many EF jackets, this is the first one that bunched around the shoulders and arms- it looked tight and loose at the same time. Did not drape well. It was the correct size for me and I like the classic style but am returning it.

Beautiful but disappointing
This jacket is a beautiful cut and color (ocean). However, after washing, it was wrinkled at the bottom in a way I have never seen in any other of my Eileen's clothing purchases. So it clearly will need ironing or dry cleaning - which I wasn't planning on doing either with this jacket!

Simple, Comfortable Jacket
I recently purchased this jacket in the beautiful Ocean color. It's a simple yet flattering style and very comfortable. I'm 5'5"/90# and purchased size XXS. While EF jackets are usually a little large on me, this one is a good fit and looks very flattering. Keeper!

A very comfortable and lovely jacket
I'm wearing this jacket and matching wide length pants, in wheat color, to my son's wedding. The material is soft and free flowing. I am 5'6" and weigh 105 lbs and the XXS is a perfect fit. The pants size is an XS and they are a perfect fit as well. Thank you Eileen Fisher. I love the simple and beautiful clothing you offer. Also, I am just turning 70.

This Is A Miss
I am an EF fan but alas, not this time. This jacket, in the beautiful ocean color was not a winner for me. I do not like the feel, look or drape of the fabric. Also, the fit was not flattering for me. I am a true EF PetiteM with a curvy figure, slim hips and it was tentlike.
