I love the fabric and the green color, feels good on my skin. The fabric also has a nice sheen to it, makes it festive looking. It can be worn for any evening outing, but I look forward to wearing it during the holiday season.

Pretty Velvet Top for Any Occasion
I love the simple elegance of this top. It can be dresses up with a skirt or slacks, of course, but I love that it also looks great with jeans and a pair of boots or flats. I purchased one top last November and have enjoyed it so much that I purchased the top in a second color more recently. To me, one reason this top is special is the pretty gathering in the back.

Velvet ballet neck top
I have purchased at least six of the velvet shirts. I didn’t notice that this is different and has a yoke in the back. It doesn’t fit as well as the plain shirt, the old style is fabulous. I would not have purchased the two shirts if I had seen the yolk in the back.

Timeless, elegant velvet top
Lovely, timeless top. Nice quality, fits me well - I got an extra small, am 5-2", 112 lbs. Lucky me I purchased it on sale! Great value!

Not a Flattering Fit for Me
A pretty fabric in a lovely color, but was unflattering to my figure. I’m busty and short waisted. The fit was baggy on me and I returned it.

Great cut
This is cropped shorter than the Velvet Box Tops of past years. I think it looks great with a nipped-in waist pant/skirt and wide or straight pants, or even over jeans. The quality of the velvet is so nice. I ordered the Cassis colour and had my mother post it to me overseas. I thought the Cassis would be a deep wine colour suited to cool-toned skin but in the velvet, it's more of a dark, dark brown. Not flattering on me, which is a terrible shame. Not sure what I will do with this top. At least I paid sale price? So just be careful picking colours. I'm a slim 125lbs, small bust, and XS fit great.

Easy To Wear and Feels Luxurious
I pair with the slim fit flex ponte pants and the stretch pointed toe booties. One of my favorite super comfy but elegant outfits. It feels so soft, and looks great with large necklace. Love that it can go in the washer and dryer and come out perfect. I do dry on the lowest heat, and take out when slightly damp, and finish drying on hanger. Size down on this.

I love the cassis color. It’s rich and I bought it to wear with the cassis velveteen pants. I sized up on the velveteen pants while I sized down ln this blouse.

So sad!
I was really looking forward to receiving this top and wearing it over the holidays. When I put it on, I was so disappointed. The color and fabric were as lovely as I hoped, but there was something very wrong where the seams joined shoulder to arms, making this area protrude. I’ve bought EF for years, including velvet, but never seen this issue before. I just couldn’t wear it.
