Gorgeous leather but…
Beautiful leather. You must bring it to your local shoe repair to cut it if you plan to wear this like the oh so famous belt this is similar to and try and get the seam in a non conspicuous place. I love this belt with high rise jeans/pants and dresses.

Don't miss out on this best belt
I had admired this belt in a fashion magazine, and even tried to duplicate it with a length of leather from Etsy. Fail. When I saw this at Eileen Fisher, I bought it immediately. The low ratings are from people who took the product shot literally. You have to put the end through the slot, and then do a half knot, like the picture. Easy to cut to length with a pair of scissors.

Fun to wear
I agree that it's not meant to be wrapped twice. Instead, I followed the advice of Gigiof4 and trimmed the end to a look I liked. Once trimmed, it's a great belt. Eileen Fisher should have made it about 60 inches instead of 69, but once trimmed, it's very stylish. Thanks for the tip, Gigiof4.

Needs to be longer
The belt is great quality, but definitely not O/S. I'm normally a size M, and I couldn't wrap this belt like shown in the picture unless I wore on the skinniest part of my torso, just under my ribs. I want more flexibility in how I wear the belt (higher vs. lower). The belt definitely needs to be longer.

Completely useless
I just received this belt today. Completely useless. You need either a 70 inch wait or a 25 inch wait to double it. I am disappointed that Eileen fisher doesn’t vet items before selling them. Very disappointed

Tan Color Not Shown
At last, a belt in a color other than black. But tan comes in many shades. Why isn't the tan belt shown? In addition, there is no way for this belt to be kept from sliding open, & possibly falling off.

Incomprehensible fit

PERFECT BELT
I’m surprised that the other reviews indicate this belt is too small. It’s not meant to be wrapped twice around the waist. You thread it through the loop, then knit the long end. I have a 30” waist and trimmed about ten inches off to get the look I wanted. This exact belt is offered by another designer for 3 times the price. I’m thrilled to have found it. I bought the black and am also ordering the brown one.
