Not for me
Seemingly well-made pants, but as usual I'm between sizes - I'm 5'5" and 130 lbs., with too much weight around my middle. Size 4 is snug, and the 6 has too much fabric at the pleats for my hips. Also, altho I like the undyed color, it's actually hard to find a good color to wear with it that works with my silver grey hair.

Missing "old" EF sizing!
I would give no stars if possible. EF has changed its sizes to the dissatisfaction of this long-time customer. I wear a PS usually. This pant required a PM based on fit chart. The waist fit, but the leg was huge (I have thin legs) and ballooned. I miss the old EF sizes. Returned.

The inside waist doesn’t lie flat
I ordered two of these pants and thought I would love them. I washed them before wearing - gentle cycle, cool water - then partially dried them. I was not happy with the facing on the waist being bunched on both pair. I tried smoothing the fabric when it was still damp, but it wouldn’t cooperate. In order for the facing to lie flat it needs to be ironed, and pray tell who owns an iron anymore. Since these pants were washed (not worn) I think they probably aren’t able to be returned. I have been an EF customer for decades and this is only the second time I have really been upset about my purchase.

Very stylish, comfortable pants. Fabric is soft in color and feel. I did need to size down from P4 to P 2. Perfect fit in legs, hips and waist. Interested in other colors.

New sizing, but wrong fit
I wanted to love these, but had to return due to the weird fit. The waist size was correct, but the legs were way too full to be flattering. I also didn’t think the material was worth the price and not at all what you expect from EF.

Divine fit and comfort
These pants are divine! I can't believe I look and feel so slim and pulled together in a pleated pair of pants. It has been decades. I swear I have totally reconceptualized what looks good on me since coming into EF. Thanks, Sabrina at the Bethesda store, for turning me onto these pants! Because they're denim, they stretch just a tiny bit, but even after sitting and standing all day at work, the pants hold shape wonderfully. Perfect weight for transition seasons. I can hardly wait for the barley and black/charcoal. EF...you never cease to amaze me.

Like the fabric, not the fit.
These jeans fit as though a regular jean was just cut off to make it kind of a petite fit. The rise is too long and the upper leg is too wide for a petite. They are also too long. I always count on the same size in Eileen. With the new sizing, I can not.
I kept the jeans for fabric and color. The waist is pulled up to my ribs.

Mysteriously poor fit for my body
I tried these hoping the new styling, which looks very nice. would fit me better than past EF denim styles, For my body, too high in front, and not enough ease, therefore too low, in the back. Though i can consistently wear other EF 2X and 3X pants (size depending on style), somehow the denim styles have never fit my shape. I am fine with other brands in denim in similar sizes. Mysterious.

So disappointed!
I wanted to love these pants. I loved the easy style as it appeared on the model.
I gave the pants 2 stars because I loved the denim fabric which was a perfect summer weight and soft as butter.
I am a petite 5’ tall, 95 lbs and usually wear an EF 4P, which is the size I ordered. The waist was a perfect fit, but the legs were very wide at the hip and the length was ridiculously long for a petite! These pants looked like a tent on me. I would have considered sizing down to a 2P, but thought the waist would be too small. I am rarely disappointed with an Eileen Fisher purchase, but these pants were very disappointing.

Fit is great!
Jeans never fit me right. They fit me!!! They give room at the top but are perfect around the hips so when you wear a boxy top it has definition but hides the part I want hidden. I love the tapered leg but can still roll up. So comfy - can’t wait to pair with one of Eileen’s cashmere sweaters for cooler weather.

Way too big
These pants just arrived. The fabric is great but the styling and fit are off. I ordered my usual PS. The waist is probably ok but the hip are huge. The pleat in front doesn't work at all. The fabric is thick, like traditional denim, so it all stands on like a bag on my hips. Otherwise, I do like the tapered leg.
