Organic cotton jersey later. Pant
I liked the style very much, however, I ordered different sizes as EF sizing has been unpredictable lately. I ordered a petite small and a regular small. Petite small arrived and the label said (pp) length was just right but could use more room in stomach/hip area. Size Regular small was about the same fot but 6” longer. I the. Ordered the PM but received a regular M. Way to large. I tried both the seaweed color and the butter color. The sizing was all over the map.
What’s going on EF? My low rate is due to sizing nit quality

Too hot: Prefer more cotton, less stretchy stuff.
Okay for early spring. Too warm for late spring-summer. 8% stretchy stuff makes this run hot.

Wish these came in every color!
I got these in the light creamy beige, and I love them. The fabric feels high in quality, with a nice weight to it, yet it still drapes and flatters. I love the lantern pant style and fit.

These may be the best pants I have ever worn. They run large so I sized down. I am 5"6' 145 lbs and long waisted. I bought a size XS. I am usually a S. The pants are soft, super comfortable. I like that the waist comes up high. More colors pleas!

Love these pants!!
Just like all my other EF pieces these pants are amazing. I bought my usual size - PM in white and love them. I have another pair of EF white lantern pants that are a heavier cotton and these are much lighter in weight - perfect for the hot South Florida summers. As always, great designs, beautiful fabrics, excellent quality and customer service.

I love this lantern style mostly cotton pant with side pockets. I have two colors so far, and will buy more in the future.
I purchased the xxs even though I’m only 5’2” because it has a 27 inch inseam which is perfect for me. The petite would be shorter than I’d wear, I don’t do a 25 inch pant, ever!
I’ve washed these pants multiple times on cold gentle and hung to dry. They came out well.
Please do short sleeved tees IN PETITE to go with these pants!

Super comfortable
These are my second pair of lantern pants from EF and I this cut fits me much better. The fabric is substantial, but not heavy. Haven't washed them yet, so no comment there.

Lovely Lantern Pants
These complimentary lantern pants wash well, do not shrink when washed in cold water. No drying needed . . . simply hang to dry and wrinkles (in any) disappear within a couple of hours! The perfect pant to dress up or down.

Hopefully a good basic staple
These pants fit me well in the waist and hips but are long since I am short and they did not come in petites which I do need in pants. But I will keep them since I have wanted to try the lantern style pants. The material is a good weight to give the pants some shape and drape yet not too heavy for warm weather. I do hope I continue to like the style after wearing it awhile.

The pants i received didn't seem new.. they had either been worn, or maybe just tried on multiple times.. so took a star off for that. However, the pants are comfortable and I like the look, so will keep.

Flat front lantern pant is elegant!
In the washable stretch crepe slim ankle pant, and other EF slim cut garments,I wear a size large, but in an easy fit, medium is better for me. I couldn't be happier with these lantern pants! They fit perfectly and the front and back seam placement and flat front are very flattering. I love the pockets :-) I had been concerned that the fullness of the leg would look sloppy, but instead I find they look surprisingly graceful and elegant. Rather remarkable for a cotton jersey pant! I have laundered these and took them out of the (low setting) dryer just before they were completely dry, gave them a good shake, and hung them to finish drying. Perfect - ready to wear again!

Organic Cotton Lantern Pant in Iris
So glad to find this wonderfully comfortable organic cotton lantern pant in a deliciously delightful color called Iris. Although the Iris tops on this website didn't quite work for me, I found an EF tunic top in Iris on my favorite department store's website. Will be pairing them with an EF cotton/hemp jacket in khaki which I found a couple of seasons ago. Will make a great early fall outfit here in Central Texas!

Great pants but..
Beautiful soft fabric and the white ones are great for summer but the fabric is so thin you can completely see the pockets. I almost returned them but kept them and wear a longer shirt. Disappointing, but they are so soft and comfy.

Utility comfy pants.
these are nice pants. Smooth fitting. I like the pocket addition, and the waist elastic isn't too constricting. I'd like to see these in a wider cut like some older versions.

These pants are super comfortable and manage to be beautifully tailored enough to elevate them from a sweat pant to something elegant. The cut perfectly skims my somewhat curvy hips without being tight or baggy. Petite length is at the ankle on my 5'" frame and PM fit my size 8 bottom half very well. The fabric is a medium to light jersey knit - substantial enough to hide bulges and lines yet light enough for a summer day in the 70s. When paired with the matching top I have a very stylish, casual yet comfortable outfit. Love this unusual blueberry color

Wonderful spring/summer pants. Very comfortable fabric, love the ankle length and fit. I bought the Butter color, and it’s a refreshing change of pace. Pairs well with matching tops (which I purchased), as well as white or khaki/tan tops.

Just received these in Ocean and on sale and I’m so happy with the fabric (super soft), color (beautiful muted grayish blue), and fit. I’ve learned that I’m a medium in slim fitting EF pants and otherwise a small, so always order small in the lantern style. I’ll get a ton of wear out of these and would buy again in any similarly rich jewel tone color.

Winner pants for summer long pants.
Having lived in Eileen’s clothing for most of my adult life (really!), I have become a student of her fabrics which range from good to awful. The fabric in these pants is a 5 star winner. Eileen does lightweight cotton well. Size down. I have two colors.

Return to the original type of pocket
I love the style and the material of the pants, but I don't like the pockets. You've changed the pockets recently, and now they're flush with the seam of the pants. Every time I walk, the pockets bulge out and it's not very flattering. I'll be returning the pants.
