Mine had a funny waist band.
The fabric was nice and the stripes interesting. Sadly, the waist band was stitched in an irregular way so it didn't lay down properly. What happened to quality control? I had to return the pants.

Beautiful pants.
I love these pants! The fabric is comfortable and drapes beautifully. I washed them in cold water, delicate cycle and they came out like leggings, but after hanging them to dry, they resumed their shape. They're one of my favorite pants!

Very nice pants! Light weight and flowy! The first time EF XXS fits perfectly for me (5'3", 110 lb). It does shrinks a ton after washing in cold. I was terrified. But, once it's dried (line dry), you can reshape it. I'll avoid washing this as much as possible.

Worse pants ever. Bad fit, too shiny and too slinky. Returned them and although it’s been two weeks, I’m still waiting for my refund.

Just OK. I sent them back
OK but they weren't practical for me. One of the other reviewers mentioned that they shrank when she washed them and only returned to their original size when she ironed them. These pants just fit me and wouldn't fit if they shrank. I don't iron -- plus the care instructions said to dry them lying flat. I live in a small apartment and don't have a place to dry a garment like this flat. I wash my clothes on the delicate cycle in a washing machine and then hang them up to dry. I sent these pants back.

Be very careful washing these, I used cold water and gentle cycle, the width of the leg has shrunk a lot, not sure if they will stretch back out.

Very, Very Nice
The new Tencel Rib fabric is absolutely wonderful. The pants are silky soft with a nice weight that allows the pants to have a great drape. I purchased my regular EF size and they fit perfectly. They have a very comfortable waistband, the pockets are flattering and lay flat, and the straight leg has an easy fit that is just right (not slim and not too wide). And, one of the best parts is that this Tencel Rib is machine washable.
