Jute frayed
Purchased the Tarry Espadrille last spring as a fun summer sandal. The style is versatile, cute with dresses and shorts. However, after wearing the first time, the jute began to fray, and continued after each additional wear. Consequently, I haven’t been able to get as much use as I’d hoped. I’ve received complements on the shoe, until i point out the shoddy craftsmanship. So disappointed. And I’ve been unable to find a way to reach out to the company to see if there is any customer support for the issue. I have seen the same exact issue on other sites, referring to the fraying jute.
