Simple. elegant and travels well!
These are my favorite pants. They look elegant and sophisticated with just about any top- I wear them with a jacket for work, but they work well with more casual tops too. The fabric holds up to many washings. I have 3 pair and would love a navy pair, or a pair ON SALE in my size.... next time.

Perfect pants.
I bought these 15 years ago and wore them frequently. Just finally replaced them as they had stretched out. Great, flattering, versatile, keep their color and shape, perfect pants. Just wash in cold water and air dry.

Essential travel gear.
I own six of these EF pants. Four pairs I use exclusively for my frequent travels as they are hemmed to the right length for my one pair of travel shoes. (I travel light with a 20” carryon bag. I wear one pair and pack the other three. I easily travel three-four weeks internationally this way.) The other two pairs are hemmed to be worn with my non-travel shoes. These pants are lightweight, look crisp after a long day, and are easy to take care of. I wash on delicate, cold. While wet, I give them a good shake-out and gently pull on the legs to retain their length and shape, and then line dry. I read on a travel website that one traveler used a wet wash cloth to wipe down these same EF pants, and viola, they were fresh and ready for another day, so this is what I do when traveling.

a staple in my clothing arsenal!
I love the way these pants fit. I love the way they look, and they are the pants I wear spring and summer. the only drawback is that the elasticity in the fabric gives way when you hang them outside on the clothesline.

Stretch Crepe Pants
The pant material is thinner than I expected and the rise is way too short even for a petite size, and the leg openings are too wide for me to consider them straight leg. Sorry, these pants are not what I'm used to purchasing from EF.

Perfect!
This will be my fourth pair of these pants. I simply have not found ones I like better. The drape, the colorfast black, the fit and the ease of laundering have made these my go to black stretchy pants for several years now.

New favorite pants
It looks like I lost 15 pounds, but all I did was buy these pants.
They improve your mood by making you feel slim and sleek.
The color is deep, dark and dressy. They are not shiny, they have no pockets... they are ultra slimming.
I have a curvy figure (small waist, full hips) and the XS fit my waist perfectly; the rest stretches.
I did have to hem them a bit.
A wardrobe staple, and overall a great value.

Declining in quality
I have owned two pairs of these over the past seven years. They're a great wardrobe staple that I can wear both at work and for more casual wear, and they're SO comfortable.
The fabric quality has been declining, though -- noticeably so in the third pair I just bought. They're going back. I wore the first pair for more than 5 years (though they should probably have been retired at 4). I've had the second pair for a little over a year, and the fabric is beginning to look worn. And I could immediately feel that the fabric on the pair I just bought was even thinner -- what, now they're supposed to make it 6 months before they start looking worn through?
The cut has also changed slightly -- thinner in the hips, wider in the legs. But overall it's the quality of the fabric that's why I'm returning these.

ok, but should change the opening of the pant.
The bottom is too wide. i know there is a slim leg pant, but that material is ponte. The older system washable stretch crepe pant had a narrower bottom. Please bring that back.

Petite size is too short, but regular size is much too long.
I have several pairs of the stretch crepe pants that I bought some years ago, and still love to wear. I decided to purchase a new pair, and the sizing has changed so much (the ones I have are XS) that the XS is much too long, and the petite is too short. I reluctantly sent back the pants. Very disappointing.

Stretch crepe pants
I owned 3 pair of stretch crepe pants for several years and loved them. I needed a smaller size so I ordered 2 new pair. The quality of the fabric had changed dramatically. The drape was not good. The pants had the look of a cheap product, not an investment piece. I was very sorry to have to return them.

These pants are comfortable and look great for any occasion. I’m only 5’2” & the pants run long so alterations are necessary.
Most people seem to like pants with pockets but I like the smooth lines without pockets.

Bring Back The Good Crepe Fabric!
I purchased stretch crepe pants in 3 lengths several years ago and they were the best pants I have ever worn. The high quality fabric was comfortable, draped nicely and held up over years of washing. The new crepe is scratchy and stiff and doesn't drape as well. Please bring back the better crepe! I returned my new purchase.
