Love the bone color, style and the fabric. It is a classic piece. I usually buy petites, as I am 5'4, 107 pounds however the XXS fit.

Very disappointed in fit. Not like previous year
I'm very disappointed with this year's version of the georgette mandarin collar top. .. I purchased this georgette mandarin top in the past, and it was amazing. The fit and flow of the top was outstanding. I owned several of them in different colors and wore them out. So, I was excited to see EF offering it again this year and purchased it. But EF has completely changed the fit of the top. It used to follow your body along the top and then flow freely from the waist down - and hung lower in the back than the front. It was really flattering - and slimming!. .... But this year's version is completely different and fits terrible through the top bustline area, doesn't flow in the lower half of the top, and has an odd shape. It's not flattering at all. Very disappointed. I had to return it.

Terrible fit
I saw this online and thought it was darling. When it arrived, I changed my mind. The top of the shoulders were so narrow that my bra straps showed -- not a good look unless you're 18 or a Kardashian. And the fabric was very sheer. Not Eileen Fisher quality. Went right back into its box and sent it off.

I'd purchased a silk mandarin collar sleeveless a previous season in bone. I thought it would fit the same, but this cut was too generous. I usually wear a large, broad shoulders and somewhat full chest. However this garment was cut fuller everywhere, chest & armholes especially.

This is such a great basic piece! It can be dressy or paired with jeans. I’ll get a lot of use out of it. May need the black one too!!!
