Quality not what it used to be
Usually I love Eileen Fisher clothing. I have some of these tanks from years ago (same style number), and they are long, soft, and wonderful. Lately, with the new ones, the linen feels scratchy, which laundering does not help. Also, the measured length is not what is stated. If the small is supposed to be 27-3/4 inches long, a large would be the same or even longer, right? No, they are all 23 inches long; one was even 22-1/2 inches long. Different manufacturer? Sure wish EF would get the old ones back. I'd also like them in more colors.

Great Basic System Tank
Originally I ordered a PS, but when it came the label was marked PS/PP. PP is too small. Disappointed that the size wasn't clearly indicated on the on-line sale. Ordered a PM, it fits much better. But, at the bargain price of $29 it's a difficult decision if the PS/PP will be sent back.
Otherwise, this top is a great basic piece that layers well under other tops, or with a cardigan/jacket. The color is a basic neutral that goes with lots of other items in my wardrobe. The tank is a great travel piece.

The perfect linen blend for the summer
The design is similar to the silk jersey tunic; however, the linen jersey fabric breathes to keep one cool on a hot summer day.

Simply beautiful
I purchased this tank in white, black and midnight, size PM (36B/138 lbs.). Reviewers are spot on when referring to this top as an elevated basic. The cut and fit of the garment create a polished look. The white is too sheer for me to wear in public, but I'm keeping it because it looks so nice on and the fabric quality is great!

Elevated basic
this is a great tank - definitely an elevated basic. Very nice drape-y fabric, and I expect like all EF it will wash and wear well. It fits just right in all the right places, the midnight is a deep saturated blue. I'm a regular EF fan, and this doesn't disappoint.

Bought two in every color
I ordered the 2x while on sale - two of each color. This tank is a bit sheer, but comfortable. Arm holes are not too big. Good coverage - length covers tummy but does not hang out beneath a longer suit coat. I can never have enough tanks. Have not washed yet.

Shorter length
It is similar to one I own in black, purchased around the holidays, but this one is shorter. I just wish it were a few inches longer. Cuts me off/ I am 5’7”. Nice if you are shorter.

Great tank
Cool, understated, and midnight is a great color. Glad it finally was offered in a color other than black or white. A little thinner and smaller than the black and the white linen tanks, but not enough to change the size needed.

Tank is shorter than expected
I love the linen tanks, have them in black and white and really wanted the midnight tank to go with my washable crepe pants. Alas, the midnight tank is much shorter than the white and black tank I already have and I had to return it. I noticed that it is made in a different country than the previously purchased tanks so I'm wondering if the change in manufacturer has something to do with it.

Too much fabric at hip
I wanted a navy cotton tank. This was the only option I found. The amount of fabric at the hip and below made this not just a long tank but more of a tent tank.

You will wear it everywhere!
I am so glad I purchased this! This tank can be dressed more hip-ly with a moto jacket, skinny jeans, and heels, or more casually with legging or jeans and trainers. I am a bit short waisted; I have taken it up a teeny bit in the shoulders, which makes it perfect.
