Love this organic cotton shell
It love this tank. Organic cotton is the best for my skin. I wore this three days in a row during a very hot week. It was so cool but is so well made, it looked good with my cotton skirts and pants. I wish I had bought more.

Love this in black, white is too sheer
First I give my thanks to EF for making this available to we EF devotees during the pandemic at such a reasonable price. I've been living in these while living in doubt about what's going to happen to us all financially. I hope everything normalizes soon. Now about the top: I love the black...it fits me perfectly...it's very light and comfortable during the hot summer. The white seemed to run larger and was a bit too sheer. Given that I've had surgery, I'd rather not show it to the world!

Perfect Upper Body Fit
I am very happy with the fit of this shirt. I do not usually wear sleeveless shirts because I do not like the fit around my armpits especially as I get older but this shirt has the perfect armholes. I bought it in both black and white and grab them both weekly. Wash up well.

A great addition.
I did not order anything by this name, but I did order and receive the System Organic Cotton Slub Shirttail Shell in Black. It is a nice summer weight and fit well (as do most size smalls with my 32DDD bust). The straps covered my bra straps which is a must-do for my wardrobe. It is a good addition to my wardrobe and I am very pleased with it.

I am 5'6 wears L. The tank top fits me perfectly but, the armholes are huge. Not sure why such large armholes is needed. I can only wear it under shirt.

Nice everyday tank
I love the EF cotton slub shirts (T shirts, tanks) and have been wearing them for "working from home" during COVID-19. They are soft, comfortable, easy to launder, and make me feel a bit more pulled together. The fit is classic EF - loose, boxy fit without feeling sloppy. Helps to camouflage the other "COVID-19!"

You absolutely cannot go wrong with any of the pieces from The System. The shirttail shell is one of those basics that I will reach for again and again. As with all Eileen Fisher clothes, the fit is impeccable. I have this top in black so I am no stranger to the comfort of this shell. Not only basic, but classic. This wears well and fits well. Lightweight, priced right, washes well. What's not to love?
