Eileen Fisher hit!
This is beautiful ...I love the fabric and the style. I think this is gonna be a year-round piece. In the Spring and Summer I’ll wear the jacket by itself. In Fall and Winter I can see it underneath a coat. I bought it in both colors ...I’m very happy with both of them❤️

Elegant, versatile jacket
I have a similar black jacket with patch pockets from years back that I wear all the time. Got the forest version here and just love it. Very dark, rich green that goes with much. Loose and flowing in my regular size. At 5’6” I like the long length. Wear it with dresses and slim pants all seasons. Easy care. Really a must have basic. Too bad the photos make it hard to see with no color contrast and the video doesn’t show the jacket at all.

Silky fabric and fit
Love the fabric. Love the color. Eileen Fisher never disappoints. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that jacket is a little long for me. I’m 5’4. Needed to take to dressmaker to shorten and fix pockets that kept sticking out.

WRINKLES ?
This is a lovely silk jersey jacket, perfect for in between seasons in the Fall and Spring. I am, however, having trouble with wrinkles. I thought I would never get out all the wrinkles when I first unpacked it. I have yet to wear it so it remains to be seen if the wrinkles return.

I want more Stretch Silk Jersey
I love stretch silk jersey and I am disappointed that it does not appear to be part of the EF System any more. I like to pick up a piece when a new style comes out, despite the price. The green color is lovely. It is more of a fall piece for those of us in Michigan.

Another versatile silk knit piece
Another style in the wonderfully comfortable silk knit fabric. An easy open front jacket to top both pants and skirts in the matching silk. My usual size fit well. Travels well without wrinkles.

Not special enough for the price
I love EF stretch silk jersey and have many pieces from past seasons. Unfortunately, this jacket was shapeless and kind of short in sleeves and length. I did order it in petite large so I probably should have gotten a regular size, but it has become increasingly difficult to judge sizing on EF items—I have pieces in small, medium, large and petite large that all fit me well. This item, however, did not impress me, and it would have had to be essentially perfect for me to keep it at the high price. I will keep an eye on it and perhaps try it again in a large regular if it goes on sale. The search for the perfect black cardigan goes on....the fabric, as always, is amazing.
