Buy this shirt
Gorgeous color, fit is boxy but a little longer so can be tucked in if desired. Collar nicely done so looks good either buttoned up all the way or open. This shirt is a classic which I know I will enjoy wearing for years.

Almost but not quite
I struggled with this because I really wanted to love it. I didn’t. The sizing was a bit off I’m 5’4” 145 lbs, short waisted. The Medium Petite fit length wise but was a bit snug in the back. This shirt Needs to flow to look good, the Medium fit width wise but was too long for me. But there were other issues that made me not go all the way. The silk is just too thin, too fragile. The top button is just a bit too high to be sexy and silk should be sexy, right. The second button is too low and placed so that any snugness won’t work. Sadly I sent back.

i bought 4 of these in different colors, red, alpine, black, etc. and some i bought two of each color. I dont know if its because i hand wash but they do not wear well like my classic silk blouses i live in of Eileen Fisher.

I purchase this shirt last fall. I planned to order another one but see it does not come in petite sizes this season! I am so disapointed. The xxs doesn't cut it....sleeves are too long as well as length. I have relied on EF for petite sizes for the past 35 years! Please give us more choices once again. I see many comments addressed to you re. this issue.

Basic length again?!
When is EF going to make this lovely soft silk in a “long” length that’s “Easy Fit?” It’s always way long and “Boxy Fit” or a shorter length.
I have never liked the Georgette Crepe silk. It’s way too scratchy feeling. Not silky soft. It’s the only fabric available in “Long, Easy Fit.”
Last year the charmeause silk only came in the shorter lengths which are not flattering on me. Later in the season there was a “Thigh Length” available in dark blue only. Way too long.

Love the fit and color
I fell for the rich brown color. The silk material adds shimmer and luxury. The shirt fit well in the shoulders and wasn’t too long so I could do a French tuck without excess material in the back. I bought it to go with my wide leg, brown flannel pants. I feel put together and ready for most occasions in this outfit.

beautiful stretch silk shirt
I bought a size S in 'Gold Leaf' in the 70% off sale. I am 5'4" weigh 140 lb. The shirt was enormous on me, I wanted an easy, loose fit but I should obviously have bought the size PS or XS. Sadly I cannot return the shirt as I live in the UK so will have to sell on ebay.
I might buy another if the big reduction returns.

Nice shirt, wrong color
This is a nice shirt, beautiful fabric, classic style. I ordered it recently in wren, and though I have now several pieces in this color and like it, it was unbecoming in this shirt, so I returned it. Paired with a dove jacket and the right scarf it would have worked but it seemed limited to me.
