Great fabric but not for me
Lovely fabric and design okay overall. On me, (5'5" with a thick waist) it was too straight and not flattering. A couple of inches wider at the hem would make the world of difference for me. Would have kept it to wear with lantern pants instead of returning...

Sleek, stylish and versatile
This top is a winner! Fabric, cut, color and style are all just right. Neither too slim nor too boxy. I love the side slits that you can open or close. Perfect for travel, can be dressed up or down.

Lovely Top but High Maintenance
I really like this shirt, I'm 5'2", size 10/12 and got my normal EF PL. It's a bit cropped but fine, if it stayed the same after washing, however the sleeves are very long, 4" past wrist, which I would hope could shrink some, but I returned it so don't know how it comes out of the wash. This is lovely, high quality fabric, however the care is machine wash, hang to dry, which for a cotton, more "everyday" top is pretty high maintenance - at this price point I really expect the fabric to be pre-shrunk.

Quality like it used to be
I bought this on the strength of a review saying it was like the old EF quality. I too have been disappointed in recent years in the quality of products. I became a fan of Eileen Fisher years ago because of viscose jersey and washable stretch crepe pants. I still have pieces I have had for years and they are still perfect. The substantial viscose jersey,however, was replaced with the flimsy tencel fabric which develops little holes in it. And they seem to be redesigning the pants.
But this top is good. The fabric substantial and it is well made. Despite the fact it is called a box top, it is not oversized and boxy like some, so if you want that, size up. In my regular size, it is closer fitting but not tight, and flattering. And I am bosomy.

Great Fabric
I bought this top and returned because of the price but did buy again on sale and I love it! The best part are the zippers on the sides but this top doesn’t have gold buttons on the sleeves. Only the graphite is sold on line at EF but I can never get past buying black! Not slim fitting but not really oversized. Have been wearing EF for years and still love the styles and workmanship!
