You can't beat these stylish booties
When it comes to great-looking, high quality booties that will last for years, I always turn to Eileen Fisher. Some time ago I bought this style in a light tan color. I loved them so much, I bought the same style again when I needed black booties. I always get compliments when I wear these because of the unique gathered ankle feature. They're extremely comfortable and will last basically forever if you take care of the nubuck fabric. And if you use good cedar shoe trees, they'll hold their shape and look brand new for years. The heel is great for casual booties - not flat, just enough height to give you a boost.

Loved it! Bought a second color!
Loved this bootie so much after I wore the black pair that I ordered the Earth color, as well. The bootie is very comfortable and looks great with leggings and jeans. Will also try with tights and a skirt.

Classic with a Twist
These boots are very comfortable and are easy to get on/off. They are a fall wardrobe staple, and actually replaced two pairs of boots in my closet. Love to be able to pare down with quality replacements.

Everything Ankle Boot
This boot is everything ! I knew the moment I saw it it was a must have. The boot is so comfortable so soft that I can wear it all day. I’m EF I have to go up a size 11 for extra room in the toe. I got the black only because I knew I could wear with everything.

Great Bootie!
I purchased these in black several years ago when they were first available. So glad to see them again and am seriously thinking about ordering a new pair. Comfortable right out of the box and that is high praise considering I have some severe foot problems. Ordered my usual size with EF.
Every time I wear them I receive compliments. They are your basic, yet classic, go to bootie. I have a daughter that is a fashion designer for high end products who doesn't compliment my wardrobe choices that often. But these she noticed and liked right away. Not too high a heel so you can walk in them all day and they have held up very well. Still look great with just using a suede type brush on them at times. Like that there is no zipper, you can just step into them.
General comment - would love to see more footware in Midnight color, like these booties, hint, hint.

cute low boot...not for rain or snow
Love this boot but fit a little small. I wear a 91/2 or 9 and had to buy a 10, which was a bit large....9 1/2 a bit small. Cute with tights or leggings. Very comfortable.

loved them but sent them back
The pointed toe left little room for my toes. The shoe didnt walk well, but had an awkward feeling to it caused by the heel. The shoe is so close to being good but doesnt make it.

This bootie works equally well with jeans and leggings as well as skirts. I look for a boot that will be comfortable all day and this one provides that. Very easy to wear and looks great.

A boot with subtle style
This is a top notch boot. Very nicely constructed for a perfect, comfortable fit. They are the perfect height for ankle length pants and rolled up jeans. Dress up or dress down~~either way, they work. I am ordinarily a 7 medium, but because I wear soul inserts, I went up a half size. The fit is just right. I love the look of these boots, and they will carry through many seasons.

Best new addition to the wardrobe!
I try to keep my wardrobe to just the essentials, and this pair of boots definitely hits the mark. I got size 6.5 in camel (color) and it fits like a glove. It's definitely on the snug side, so I usually wear a thin pair of socks, which is fine since it's not a winter boot. The leather holds up well in the city, although I definitely don't recommend wearing it in rain or snow. It's lightweight, very comfortable, and I've walked around in it all day without a problem. It pairs well with just about anything, and I've gotten a lot of complements on them! It's holding up well aside from a few scuff marks and normal wear and tear on the soles, but I think it's a good investment since I wear it just about every other day.

Lots of style
Sadly had to return since my size was sold out. This is a nice bootie with lots of style and attitude. Beautiful leather with gathered detail. Not enough arch support for my foot but had my size been available would have kept since it was so cute.

Gorgeous style, great quality
I bought these boots in the camel color. They look just as fabulous for real as they do in photos; honestly, the most beautiful boots I have right now. They're sturdy, yet soft and comfortable, and the quality is top notch. I am sincere in my 5-star rating, you can't go wrong with these fab booties. NOTES: (1) I wear size 8, and if the boots had been a centimeter shorter, they'd have been too small, so if your foot runs a tiny bit larger than your normal size, I'd go up a half size. (2) The boots hit right at the top of my ankle, so these are not a style that you can tuck pants into securely. (3) I treated the booties with a suede protector, but the first couple of times I wore them, the interior suede left residue on my socks. No big deal, just noting this for you.

My first Eileen Fischer Shoes - SUCCESS!
LOVE this pair of shoes! I thought I'd wear the shoes occassionally but found that they are so comfortable and attractive that I wear them all the time. This is a nice well made bootie. I have a high instep and its easy to pull these on. Very nice.

Multi-tasker!
I bought this bootie in both black and unbuckle after searching for several years for a short boot I liked. With skirts, dresses, or jeans -they look great. They're still a bit stiff and I'd like more cushioning in the insole, but otherwise they're outstanding.

Best boots ever!
This is my first pair of EF shoes and I couldn't be happier. These are the boots I have been seeking for 3 years. The low heel means I can commute in them, the gathered styling at the ankle gives them a softer, less clunky look than other low boots, allowing me to wear them with short skirts without looking like a punk. I am between a 7 and a 7.5 and went with the larger size and they were comfortable right out of the box. I probably wear these 4 times a week and wish I had a pair I liked as well for the other days.

Great product reasonably priced
This boot fits true to size. I wear a size 5 and have difficulty finding quality products in my size & price range. This one is perfect. I can wear heavy socks in winter if I desire which is another plus. My only regret is that I didn't buy two pair.

These booties are extremely stylish
The fit is small, after reading other reviews, I ordered a 9, I usually wear 8-81/2. The larger size fit well. I have a high arch and they are a bit touchy to get on but the elastic in the front makes that easier. I love the style a short bootie with a nice shape, not clunky or mannish. They are very cushioned, and are very comfortable standing on a concrete floor as I do most days. The elastic across the foot, creates a nice curvy shape which is a nice detail, and helps to elongate the look of the leg. I think this might look good on most even those with thicker ankles. I would love to get them in the light color for spring too. I really like them and think they are worth every penny!
