I appreciate the natural fibers so much; however, EF just isn't my style. I am a 36, 29, 39, and ordered a small. I've never worn something so frumpy. Perhaps if I were 5'9" and not 5'3"? True, it's a difficult find - wool pants without a menswear look but this is the opposite extreme.

Disappointed
The material was bulky, the fit was awkward and clumsy. Was disappointed. Have always worn Eileen Fisher clothing but lately the styling has been blah, not wowed by the color choices and some of the fabrics that were tried and true are not wearing well.

Classic pants
Gorgeous fabric, comfortable true to size fit. The leg, to me at least, was wider than 'straight.'
I already have several pair with a wider leg, was looking for something while not 'skinny' at
least a bit slimmer so opted to keep the pleated tapered pant, which I also ordered, and return
these.

Crazy comfortable yet stylish
Toni at the Tyson's Galleria store took such great care of me. I walked out of that store with this pair and a few other terrific items. Who knew an elastic band could be slimming and comfortable. Whaaa?!?! Wearing them today and feeling warm and work appropriate. Well worth the price. It's almost not fair: I feel like I'm wearing tailor pajamas to work, but I'm well-dressed. I totally love the swing in the legs and the slightly cropped fit. So trendy!!! While there is a zipper, I didn't need it to slip on my pants. Bonus :-) Thanks, EF!!! Love, love, love!!! I'm 164', 5'6" and comfortably wearing a medium in the black.
