Awesome color
Royal is a gorgeous color, and it makes a great set with matching plissé pant. I can't wait to wear both. For reference, I'm XS-S in EF, and went with XS.

Perfect sleeveless blouse.
I have owned this blouse in black for 4 years. I thought it was a pricey blouse at first but not now!! I wear it at least once a week and it is only now beginning to show some wear along the button placket. I wear it for work and over leggings for casual. The silk is a beautiful feel, light weight but not see through with a matte finish. It machine washes and irons up nicely. I love the mandarin collar and the longer length. I will be buying another black one this year and a white/ivory if available. Fingers crossed. I am 5’6” and weigh approx 200 lbs and carry my weight in my butt, hips and thighs. I wear a size large.

Didn't like the fit...
This sleeveless silk shirt is beautiful and very well made. The purple color is stunning and the silk is lustrous. I liked the band collar and tiny shell buttons. I had looked forward to wearing it under a black silk jacket. I chose my usual size in Eileen Fisher sleeveless tops, size Large (for size reference: 38DD, height 5'6", hips about 43").
Before I ordered this shirt, I was concerned about the design because the back of the shirt does not have a yoke and a box pleat, like other similar shirts, but I ordered it anyway. I think a yoke with a box pleat in the back of shirts provides a more generous and elegant drape and fit and a more elegantly detailed visual appearance across the back. I have a similar Eileen Fisher silk shirt that does have a yoke and a box pleat in the back and it fits me perfectly. I had hoped that this shirt would have a similar fit. Unfortunately, design details led to my returning this shirt. The armholes were too large and the too tight drape over my chest was a problem (which was likely related to the absence of a yoke & box pleat).

Gorgeous staple
This top is flattering and I enjoy wearing it so much I have multiples. I like wearing it under an EF checked long blouse from a few years ago . It comes in petite which is key for my 5’2 frame. It feels elegant but casual at the same time like most of her clothes. Can you tell I’m hooked on EF?!
