Love this top. Beautiful color, flattering fit. Fabric only wrinkles if my (large) dog lays in my lap while I’m wearing it. Ordered my usual EF size and fit is perfect

Love this shirt and color!
Just received this week. I earlier had purchased the linen/ cotton sweater and scarf in the same color and love it. I thought this shirt would make a great piece to wear with sweater over my shoulders( as shown on a model) on an upcoming trip to France. I also am looking forward to wearing this during the holidays with black velvet pieces I have which will be stunning. I usually wear a L or Xl. I’m 5’5” and decided on the xl as I have this blouse in linen and it tends to be narrower cut in the chest. Right decision as it fits and falls beautifully- no regrets at all. For all you silver and white haired ladies this color rocks!

Gorgeous color -- but really want a sleeve!
This heliotrope color may be my favorite EF color of all time! And in my favorite fabric! But oh what I would give to have this color and this fabric in, say, a 3/4 sleeve wrap blouse or dress, or a short sleeve or elbow sleeve in any number of other fabrics with a scoop neck. So disappointing!

This is my favorite blouse under a EF blazer. it is beautifully made, feels good to wear and fits perfectly. It does need to be dry cleaned, but so worth it!

Gorgeous blouse
Excellent weight silk, not see-through or thin. Also doesn’t wrinkle easily. It runs fairly large. At 5’3 and 130 lbs, a small was very generous on me in length and width. The hydrangea color is exquisite.

Buttons do not last
I love EF clothes and I have 2 of these tops. However, all the buttons in dark colors get chipped in laundry, out I wash clothes inside out and in a mess bag and get completely destroyed in dry cleaning. I can deal with a chipped button in the back or even on a cuff, but for a button down, this is a huge problem. Why can’t you find buttons that last longer than one wash?

Lovely Tunic Top
Very nice tunic to dress up for an evening out. Just looking for the best pants to go with this lovely tunic. Fit wast right on, I bought a large. Haven't washed it yet, but will be extremely careful doing so.

Beautiful fabric and color.
Unfortunately, like many other tops from EF, the armholes are huge in my size XXS. I have to get them adjusted by seamstress. I shouldn't have to do that, especially for such an expensive piece. Since I'm on this already, I am pretty surprised by that kind of inconsistency in EF clothing. For example, I recently bought 2 sleeveless tops, same design but different colors. One fits perfectly, including the armholes. The armholes on the other are huge. To me, that's something an off-brand would do or it should be a top that's marked as irregular. I'm getting close to not wanting to purchase your clothes for this reason alone. You should get it together and make WELL-MADE clothes. Goofy armholes: NOT well-made.

Like the style, color & fabric. did not rate a '5' as the shell buttons (which are pretty but delicate) are likely to break during dry cleaning and will be difficult to replace.

Bring back the longer version
Why mess with perfection?? The previous silk georgette tunics were 31-32 inches in length and covered the rear, ending at the upper thigh. This version is too short and ends at what is most women's widest part. I cannot understand why this classic design was changed.

What have you done to the perfect shirt and why???
I ordered this in Bone under the mistaken belief that it was the same fabulous shirt I currently have in Cinnabar, only to find that is is almost 3 inches shorter and cut a trifle closer in the chest and wider in the armholes. This shirt has the same name and model numbers, but it is an entirely different shirt: no longer a stunning tunic that floats over the body but a shorter, pale imitation of its former self. I am so disappointed to have to return it, but will be happy to purchase again if the “thigh length” version is offered again. Please bring it back!!!!

Perfect-More Colors!
I bought this in black and cinnabar. This is a true tunic length and works well for slim pants. It is elegant but dresses down well. I would gladly buy this in bone and other muted cool tones. Please keep the 31" tops coming. Please considering making this shirt in jersey as well for a different look.
