Perfect match to EF silk pieces

Very very poor customer service but Lovely piece
Perfect size and material. Loved the Color. Low rating is for customer service!
As I am very much disappointed the way the customer service Reps are dealing the situation of the returns. No one knows about the extended return policy period, even though it is on the web site and upon telling them and referring to the policy still the representatives don't agree and don't want to help.
Please do train them and it should not be the customer's responsibility to tell them about the policies in place, also train them to be polite and respectful. They are simply rude..

Well-made but didn’t work out
Beautifully made. Looked much longer on me than on the model in the photo. I ended up sending it back because it looked like a health care worker’s white coat, which was not the look I was going for. Perhaps another color would have worked better for me

Beautiful fabric and powder color. Graceful fit that I plan to wear with crepe ivory pants and powder shell with powder and ivory silk scarf from last year. Living in Florida provides opportunities to wear light weight clothing most of the year.

This is a lovely garment. I am petite, so on me it fits as a kimono almost knee length. I wasn't expecting it to be quite so long. I look forward to wearing it someday when less quarantined.

Beautiful silk kimono styled jacket
Love at first sight. I love silk crepe and this jacket fits well. It is fluid and I feel gives a leaner look. The 3/4 sleeves are wonderful. Black is a good neutral.

Great jacket
I like the jacket. I wish I have more time in the seasons to wear it but our weather goes instantly from winter to summer. This is light weight and perfect for in between seasons which are unfortunately too short for me. It is perfect to wear during a city walk, I do not live in the city either. It is still a great jacket.

I love this so much. The length. The sleeve. The cut. It covers while still creating a slender fit. This brought me so much joy when it came during the quarantine and was perfect to throw on for my Zoom meetings. I think I could wear it every day and wish I had purchased two in case I ever wear one out.

I can’t believe this is on sale!
This is gorgeous. Flows beautifully, machine washable, and is one of those eternal pieces that will last forever and always be in style. I am 5’7 with shoulders, but this will look wonderful on anyone. Small is the look shown, but medium is dramatic (shoulders). Very flattering.

The color powder is a very soft nude pink. A little lighter than what is shown on the website. The jacket drapes beautifully and runs true to size. I also purchased the tank and scarf. A beautiful set to coordinate with my existing bone System crepe pants.

Even better than I thought!
I have been keeping my eye on this jacket for months, but only online. Once it went on sale, I ordered immediately. When it arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised. It is just perfect and will go well with my other silk georgette crepe pieces. I'm so glad I purchased this as I know it will get lots of wear and last a lifetime!
