Great dressy pants for hot humid weather
A touch long for petite. I need to wear shoes that provide a 2” lift so the pants don’t sweep the floor, which isn’t a deal breaker for me. It just limits these pants for more dressy occasions in warm to super hot humid weather. The fabric feels amazing on the skin. FYI, they are not lined, which also isn’t a problem for me. If they were lined, they would end up being too hot to wear in the tropical climates I would wear these in. I’m very pleased that I got them on sale. Definitely recommend.

Flattering, elegant, and now I need a party!
These are perhaps a little dressy for Oregon, but the fabric is lovely and the fit is perfect. I purchased a petite medium because the regular medium is too long for me. They will drape just right over the top of a shoe with a slight heel. I appreciate the fact that they are washable.

Dress Up Dress Down!
The flow is very nice! The fabric is lovely, and not too thin. It reminds me a little of the sandwiched silk fabrics that we wore in the late 80s-90s. I am medium tall, and these look great with low heels or flats. I’d definitely purchase again.

GORGEOUS OUTFIT
It’s one beautifully put together understated outfit. Looks very expensive when worn; the way it flows, the cut, everything about it drips gorgeous. Lots of compliments with minimal fine jewelry, makes it a classy outfit for day or evening. Fits well, feels luxe. Very good purchase.

Love the dark gray color - hard to find and it really suits me and silk makes me feel so chic whether used for casual or more formal occasions. It's also perfect for petites!

Disappointment
I was thrilled to find these in a PP, and I liked the color. Unfortunately, when I tried them on, I realized they were almost transparent. My legs are small and the flowey fabric accentuated the transparency. They were too thin for winter wear and not good for summer. I thought the pants were lovely, but the above description dictated their return. Sorry.

Not the same quality as the past
Silk isn't of the same quality - it has a static cling that I haven't experienced with other silk pants from EF. The short hem with machine stitching changes the drape at the bottom. I bought on sale. Not worth the original price by a long shot.

Black silk pants
These wide-leg black silk pants are gorgeous. I had the same style in cassis but knew I could black for many occasions in the coming years. The pockets were the much-appreciated bonus. I am 5'7" and about 147 pounds. The size small was slightly big. I will alter the length by one inch, as I will wear low-heeled shoes.

Material is fabulous; I am probably just too fat
The material is pretty stunning! It’s smooth and flowy and heavy. I think my hips and butt are just too chunky to manage the crotch, which is less roomy than the lantern pants.

Beautiful material; cut way too big
I normally am a PP (5'3", athletic 120lbs). I was swimming in these pants. Really wanted them to work. Would otherwise be a beautiful addition to my wardrobe. Sadly will be returning.

Slightly odd fabric and worth the buy
Fabric drapes very well and it’s long enough for taller people. The pant can be elevated or done casually. It’s silk but admittedly it’s a slightly odd texture. You’d swear it was poly. I bought black and meteor and think the meteor makes the trouser much more interesting.

Fabulous!
Other than inconsistent sizing I give EF in general, and these pants specifically, a five star review. I had to return the PS, which was the size I got in everything else, to get a PM. The pants are perfection and I expect to wear it for many years. I have many EF items I bought over 20 years ago that look as timeless today as they did the day I bought them.

Saks sent me the wrong order! And it took me an hour to get a return label. The web wouldn’t respond at all. The “are you a robot” function didn’t work nor would the link to the return shipping label! Very frustrating to get a product I didn’t order and then had a really frustrating time trying to arrange the return!!

Static cling!
Purchased the three colors of these lovely wide legged trousers for winter press event options. Within a few minutes these pants were full of static and crawling up my leg kind of unusable and it was not overly dry in the apartment. Luckily I have some older EF georgette and velvet pants as options so it was only a momentary freak out but if I had walked out the door with these pants I would have been in serious trouble as definitely not photo worthy. I didn’t try a wrinkle release or static spray but it was not something I was prepared for. Maybe a spray could work but I would be worried about spotting.
