Perfect for transitional weather or cooler summer
It's been a while since I've found a top so perfect! It's not too slim nor too oversized, and it works even on my pear-shaped body. The fabric is subtly textured by the ribbing, which adds just a bit of visual interest to an otherwise very simple design. The simplicity of design makes it easy to style in a variety of ways, and I'm looking forward to wearing it when warmer weather arrives (it snowed this past week where I live).
If I had to nit-pick, the "cassis" colour is actually a reddish brown in person, rather than the purple colour that I see on multiple devices.

Not flattering
Attractive cut but fabric really not flattering on me. Totally disagree re previous “forgiving” comment- I thought it revealed everything, while also heavy enough to be hot in warm weather. Back it went.

Perfect 'capsule' top
These tanks rank in my top ten favorite Eileen Fisher pieces. I have seven, missing only a pale blue, I think. The petite length falls at just the right point. I wear them to dress up, dress down and everything in between.
