A cross between a sweater and a parka, this coat features a quilted shell made
from recycled nylon and polyester fill made from recycled plastic bottles. With
boiled wool sleeves and trim.

Unique, Comfortable, Fun
This is what I like about EF, their design team comes up with some interesting, unique styles that I don’t see elsewhere, in wonderful fabrics. I’m petite, about 5’0”, 100 lbs, and should wear a the smallest petite, but it all depends on the styling. The armholes are a bit small, so the xxs size (no petites available) may have been better than petite. It’s a wee bit oversized for me, but looks & feels great anyway. The belt hits my waist as it should, and I’m glad it’s attached. So comfortable! Cozy, lightweight, just warm enough. It’s a keeper. Please keep on bringing the unique styles & fabric combinations.

Great coat
Love these recycled nylon and wool coats. This is my second one, different style. A little large but I am petite and there were no more petite sizes so I purchased an XS. Really lightweight but is very warm with layers.

Too Big
Too boxy. I got the XXS and still to big, shoulders have to much room as does the rest of the coat. I so wanted to love this coat. Note: It is extremely well made and stitched.

Bought It Twice
I love this coat! I had been searching for a more modern take on a hanten, and was thrilled when I found this a year or so ago. I ordered it in PP and it was perfect - it fit almost exactly as on the model (I’m 5’2”, 120lbs, with small curves and slightly short limbs for my height). Then, while working on a clothing drive, it mistakenly got put in a give away bag. So this year, when I saw it was on sale I bought it again. My size was sold out, so I got the XXS. It hits a little lower on my thigh - about 3” above my knee, and the sleeves fall to about 1” above the first knuckle on my thumb. There’s a bit more drape in the shoulder than in the petite size, but it still fits really well, just a slightly softer look. The belt on both sizes does sit a little high, but I like the placement - I find it feels higher than it actually looks on me. And it helps create a more interesting proportion and a bit of a longer vertical line for my legs.
Just one of the many reasons to love this company - it gives so many options to create different looks, and I really appreciate that I can shop Eileen Fisher for unique pieces.

It was freezing today in San Diego....Ihad on a jacket, stepped outside, felt the wind and came back to get my new coat...It was perfect..so comfy..wore it over jeans and a black turtleneck....It was a great price so that made it even better...I always say it will be my go to Eileen Fisher..Everything is my go to Eileen Fisher...

Not flattering on shorter people?
I had to return coat, armholes were really small and rest of coat really big :( I really liked it on model! I am 5’3” so maybe it’s just not flattering on shorter people? Made very well and stylish - just made me look like Michelin man!
