The Swing Back Ruins It
Unflattering cut, tent like and excessive swing back. Even a very tall woman would have difficulty looking cook in this sweater. The wine red and classic front looked perfect for a classic sweater, it should have retained that classic shape for the back.

This sweater has a substantial weight, and looks like it will wear well over time. The red color is pretty and versatile. Definitely a casual sweater to wear with jeans or leggings and boots. A keeper!

I love this sweater although it doesn't really have the softness I expect with cashmere. It fits me well and I've worn it with both slim and regular cut slacks. It hangs just right on me - hiding my flaws below the waist! I should say that I purchased it because the price was reduced and would not have paid original asking price.

Great sweater.....
I was going to send this back when I first looked at it because it was heavier than I imagined. Then I put it on....great fit, wonderful drape in the back...so now it's my go to sweater on cool evenings in San Diego as we continue to eat outside during the pandemic. The color is scrumptious, great over white jeans...thanks

I loved the fit/style but the texture was much more like wool than cashmere. It seems a bit misleading to include the word cashmere in the description.

Lovely color and drape
When this first came out, I knew I wanted it to be part of my wardrobe. The cashmere does feel a bit different (not as soft) as regular cashmere. However it is a beautiful jam color, drapes well, and it very warm (it's thick!). I love this shape and hope there'll be more cashmere sweaters in this shape in the near future.

Glorious color (jam). Comfortably oversized (I sized down). Will be great to wear in cold weather. Soft, but a little heavier than regular cashmere. So happy to know that it is recycled.

Cozy and beautiful drape
I just purchased this and I love it. I’m 5’8 and very busty and sweaters are a real challenge as most make me look like a sausage or the cheap girl at school. This one drapes beautifully and is long enough for my long torso and fits beautifully over my very broad shoulders. Great choice for a tall women and or someone with broad shoulders. I ordered a size large and am normally a 12-14 and it was plenty roomy. Might be overwhelming on petite frames. The fabric is heavy; perfect for freezing cold Canada!

Awesome Sweater

Not very soft.
I got the sweater but returned it because the feel of the yarn was not soft. Perhaps the recycled aspect of the cashmere left it feeling wooly and a bit scratchy. The cut was alright but not flattering enough to overcome the fabric feel - even at the sale price. I did like the red color however.

Way too heavy for indoors
This sweater is very heavy and bulky. If you "run cold," you will appreciate the warmth; if not you may find this uncomfortable. It is a much thicker and bulkier knit than it appears on the model. The "jam" color is absolutely beautiful so I was sorry to send it back.

Too bulky
I bought this on sale last week, and was so excited as this is my favorite color. I have older Eileen Fisher sweaters in this color, and they have lasted for years. This one was so huge, both in size (I bought a small and am usually a medium or small) and in the style. Its bulky and doesn't hang well. Even on sale it didn't seem worth it. I am sad, and I'd like EF to make finer sweaters that can look polished.

Lofty Jam-colored Recycled cashmere wool box-top
The jam color is a beautiful rich purplish red. The style and drape is more flattering than appears in the photo, but runs large so I returned the small size and ordered an extra small. It is a very lofty cashmere which makes it very warm, and thicker and less drapey than the recycled cashmere last year. . However, after trying it on for a while, I decided it was not too warm.
