Sizing didn’t work for me
I purchased my usual size small and they did not fit well. Big in the waist/abdomen but narrow in the upper leg. Didn’t look good and not particularly comfortable. Nice fabric though.

Very poor quality of linen
Oh, I ordered a similar shirt a couple years ago and absolutely loved it so ordered a second one, but was deeply disappointed. The quality of the linen is terrible. It is very thin and almost transparent.

Comfortable and cute
Typical EF: quite baggy, but comfortable. The material feels like gingham but in an elevated way. Bought on sale, would not pay full price for this piece. Bought the Small which fit with room to spare, but will be cool in the summer.

Just what I wanted
I purchased the sleeveless shirt and shorts for an architectural tour this coming fall. I was torn between M and L and went with L in part because I knew that when washed, the fabric puckers considerably and I wanted it to be roomy. (A quick pressing restores the original dimensions if desired.) I'm pleased with the look and the fit. Quite comfortable but reasonably polished-looking. The set looks great with an oatmeal-colored EF collarless raw silk jacket from years ago.

Not Right for Me
The fit of these shorts was not right for me. I'm pear shaped with a bit of a belly and these just accentuated that in all the wrong ways. They are too high waisted on my body, they end up just below my bust if I don't want the crotch to bag. Also the length was too long for me. Nice fabric but the fit is just too weird.

Oh My! How awesome are these shorts! Loose and so comfy!! What a wonderful fabric for this awful triple digit Texas heat and humidity! This is one of those great EF items that I find myself wearing time and time again (as fast as it can be washed on cool and hung to dry). Purchased my regular size XL- fits great. Very Pleased.

Favorite hot weather shorts
These are so comfy in my hot, humid climate that they instantly went into regular rotation and I ordered a second pair. The fabric is so perfect for hot weather I'm considering getting pants in it. I washed on cold, delicate cycle and dried on a rack and had no shrinkage.

Super comfortable
I purchased these shorts last year in charcoal grey and they are the most comfortable shorts I've ever owned. That being said, they are not the most flattering. Might be able to pull it off with a matching camp shirt that I think is a little shorter than the top on this model.

Good gift for one's sister
I gave these shorts to a sister isolated in one of those 'facilities' during COVID-19 lockdown and only now able to get out in fresh air. She loves the shorts, especially as they're long enough to wear to communal dining but cool.

It says do not iron but you have to iron it after hanging it to dry. It’s way to wrinkled.

Unique and MIxable Print, Beautiful Fabric
Great material. A nice long leg and an adjustable waist with the starting point of a wide band and a ribbon adjuster. I bought a size up over my normal for no other reason than I wanted them roomy.

Lovely fabric, but had to return.
I really liked the light and airy feel of the fabric, but the hip area, of this style, and in my usual size, was just too snug to feel comfortable, and sadly I returned them.
Was hoping they would be more of an all over relaxed fit as a summer short. Thank you for the great look of the 'puckered' fabric and colors, however!
