Easy wear
Like material and color (I bought the lighter color). It will pack well and has multiple wearing options. However the lack of pockets was almost a deal breaker. This type dress screams for pockets and as light as the material is I don’t think it would add bulk to the look and would add functionality. I agree to size down for best fit. It was a good purchase on sale.

Nice shirtdress
Beautiful fabric and nice weight. Wish it was less over-sized. I wear either a large or extra large. Ordered large based on the reviews. It was still over-sized. The next size down would be too tight in tbe arms. Tried it on with thin shoulder pads and this made a big difference in the overall look. It was more slimming. Will wear it has a duster with slim slacks. Love the concept. Great value.

beautifully made and a coveted MANDARIN COLLAR!!
yes i did return one because it was too big. The one coming is probably too small but the size i wanted 2X was OOS. What i hope Eileen Fisher adds more of is mandarin collars for those of us with out a gorgeous long neck. Just hoping....

Fun and light weight coat/dress
LX fits perfect. I’m 5’7” and it’s the perfect length over pants or with a slip underneath. Color is not black! It has little greenish squares. No pockets!

Way too large
Dress is lovely, but way, way too large. Even as big as it was, it gaped open at the buttons and I'd be uncomfortable not wearing something underneath. Had to be returned.

Make More 3x Sizes, please
I saw this dress first evening it came online and wanted it, but felt guilty so decided to think about it, so wouldn’t feel so guilty. Got up next morning with purchasing this dress at the top of my list. It was gone. Less than 24 hours and all 3x’s online were gone. Called main office to see if more would be coming out. No more coming out. Two dresses in a 3x were showing available at the Soho store in NY. So I called and spoke with the sweetest sales person; Rosie. She searched and searched. One had been sold. One was on hold. The 3x on hold sold. Rosie called to notify me. She also said she had found one 2x. And suggested it. Measured it; so I decided to give it a try. It got here the very next day. And it actually fit! I am so happy! And I love it!! Something about this puckered linen takes me back to the 50’s. Love the style. Perfect for plus size woman. Checks all the boxes. I just wonder why EF would put out such a beautiful dress in a plus size and only make ten of them. That dress was gone in less than 24 hours in the 3x!! We big girls like nice things too. And we big girls have money too. Thank you Rosie at the Soho EF store in NY for your help finding this dress. Kisses to Rosie! You made me happy!!
