The puckered linen is very cooling and I really appreciate it. (As noted elsewhere, if you care, the fabric is slightly transparent.) I thought the collared neckline would make the dress more professional. But it is terribly loose around the waist and hips and a little saggy-sloppy looking after a few hours. So I enjoy the dress, but running around on days off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Sam Lee from Cute dress but not for me I really wanted to love this dress, but my arms are flabby on top and so I thought the sleeves were just a bit too short and didn't cover my arms enough. Also I wanted the length to be slightly longer, so this style was a little too short for me. But I love this fabric, pattern and styling so much. Just better on someone else I think.

You almost don't feel like you are wearing anything. I went with my exact size and it works. I've bought this fabric in a shirt before and it inadvertently was dried in the dryer. Big mistake as it shrunk so I am very careful about pulling it out of the washer and just letting it air dry. It is chic, the right color, length, and weight for a hot Texas summer. It is somewhat see through though so if that bothers you, you may want to pass or (shudder) wear a slip. It can also look like a hausfrau's housecoat so don't forget to accessorize and where cool shoes.
