The fabric is a nice mid weight cotton. The XS hits right at the knee on me and I am 5’. The dress looks great with a jeans jacket and sandals.

This dress is one I bought for the summer in the watermelon color. The color is very pretty, not too bright, and the fabric is nice weight — not thin, although I did have to go up a size. It makes a nice summer casual dress

Very versatile and flattering.
I have this dress in the periwinkle color and I love the way it fits and falls - fitted but not clingy, if that makes sense. I decided to buy another one in a different color. I can wear this dress for casual events or dress it up with a scarf or jewelry.

Excellent wardrobe staple
I love this dress! The material is comfy and stretchy. I got the lavender and have received many compliments. I’ve already worn it twice and can’t wait to wear it again with a jean jacket. The quality is there-I think I’m hooked on Eileen Fisher-less items of clothing but more value.

Little black workhorse
Wonderful fabric-I bought a regular rather than my usual petite because I wanted it a little longer. The fabric is forgiving-not too tight. It's a great dress to dress up with a light jacket or down just by itself. I'm going on a cruise to Australia next year and I think it will get lots of use.

An EF classic!
5'1", 138#, 36C, slightly apple-shaped, bought size PM in black. Dress is a beautiful weight of organic cotton. Doesn't cling anywhere. Dress it up with some jewelry and flat sandals or go more casual with white leather sneakers and a denim jacket. Excellent value if you can get it on sale.
