Great
This is great for cool spring evenings. I can dress it up or down with jeans.

Perfect Jacket
I upgraded to this jacket with zipper (I have one that is open, looser fitting) and love it! Wearing as I type this review. It will be on constant repeat.

Flattering close fit
Lovely color and perfect fit. One of the best things about EF tops is that often the are a closer fit around the shoulders but a bit looser below. This is almost always a flattering fit for most women. This piece has that flattering feature — very hard to find with other brands. I have black, white, and blue EF hoodies already (from previous seasons) and now have this red color. This hoodie is a bit stretchier this year

Light summer jacket
Would have preferred a jacket without a hood. I find the hood gets in the way if you need to wear a rain jacket. This is not heavy outerwear. Otherwise a great jacket for the summer.

Beautifully crafted
The material is very comfortable - the style is elegant but also casual. I got the black version and it is perfect to dress up or dress down as your mood suits. I'm glad to see a zippered jacket available again from Eileen Fisher.

Pockets are wonderful when they are sewn correctly
I have been waiting for a cotton jersey hoodie to come back. I purchased four of them because those I have are very worn out. One is more than 15 years old and though it looks well used, it remains intact. All four of these that arrived today show a weakness in the ribs of the jersey where the pocket is attached. After several items with pockets over the last few years formed holes within months,I am afraid to keep these. I wish Eileen Fisher would revisit how they used to attach pockets to cottons so that they did not produce holes. These are too expensive for me to be able to wear for the short time before the spot where the pocket is attached expands into a hole. P.S., Since the problems began, I don’t use the pockets, but that doesn’t stop the holes from forming. Nor do I wear the item tight.
