Perfect turtleneck!
These are my all time favorite turtlenecks. I love that they're made of cotton, and I also like that the sleeves are extra long so you can wear them down or pushed up. They fit TTS but I get mine a size up because I like them to be loose around my middle. It's a top you can wear on it's own or layered and feel comfortable either way. Easy to care for too. I now own four of these turtlenecks I love them so much. I always grab a new color when they're on sale.

Silky feeling against the skin
The pima cotton is so smooth against my skin -- almost like silk. It's such a pleasure to wear this top, as it feels so good and the appearance is always polished. I understand the pima cotton plant is different than a regular cotton plant in that the pima has a long staple (like silk) which makes the final knit or woven product much smoother. Try it and see for yourself.

Color tagged wrong?
I bought this turtleneck at the store. I thought it looked more like the charcoal shown but the tag said it was the color MOON. I figured EF had a new “Moon” color but when I saw the light grey Heather color “Moon”advertised on line it’s way lighter than what I bought at the store. I would’ve bought both. Maybe some tagged it wrong. Seems like more and more complaints are showing up in sizing, design and color. I love the Eileen Fisher Brand and I will be more inquisitive if I purchase at stores and on line. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I enjoy the longer length, which adds warmth. It also has longer sleeves, which keep my hands warm while I walk long distances. I pull the sleeves all the way out to cover my hands. As I grew older, I could no longer tolerate wool turtlenecks. Sometimes I couldn't even wear superfine cashmere. I sought everywhere for an organic cotton turtleneck, and this was it. This shirt is not overly thick yet incredibly warm. It doesn't make me sweat or itch. It withstands washing and drying nicely. I adore my four different-colored Eileen Fisher organic cotton turtlenecks.

The best turtleneck
I just love these turtlenecks so much that I gave away most of my other turtlenecks.
But you need more classic colors - white - ivory and Navy Blue! Either the Midnight or Nocturne would work! I noticed there was a non cotton blend Nocturne last year that I was not interested in. The cotton blend is so soft and cuddly! Please make more colors!
