The shape isn’t ideal
Soft but the shape of the sweater is too square. I have a medium torso and it fell too wide.

Poor fit.

Put me down for “love it.”
Based upon reading reviews of other EF products, I expect this to be a “love it or never” sweater. Put me down for love it.
It had a bold texture similar to a shaker knit, but not so chunky that it can’t take accessories. The description of “square” is spot on. When I held it up, it was a perfect square. So fans who don’t like boxy won’t like this. Yet, it has a lovely drape. The length is perfect for me, hitting at the top of my thigh. (I am just shy of 5’6.) Not too long for high waisted wide leg or lantern pants and not so short that it features my apple shape.
The color is versatile. It’s a creamy winter white. It is similar to EF’s natural denim. I plan to wear it with grey lantern pants, natural denim and the natural linen lantern pants. Think it would be perfect with the black shorts from last season.
Finally, the sweater is a great transition piece for spring and fall, or cooler summer days. Style it like a vest with a turtleneck or collared shirt underneath or appreciate the sleeves cover just enough of upper arms. The neck is a generous crew neck, not exactly a V, but not a high neck.
