White chalk color is dingy gray.
Chalk color is definitely a grayish color and looked dingy to me. Sweater seemed polyester-ish, like something I could find at Target...I have returned it.

Good Quality
This is a lovely, mid-weight cardigan, with a loose drapey fit. Following the advice of other reviewers, I sized down to an XS (usually a size small). I'm 5'5", 115 lbs, 36/30/35 with broad shoulders. Although the XS fit nicely, I wanted a looser more oversized look, so the size Small would have been best. Unfortunately, the small was sold out after the fact. My usual rule of thumb is to order two sizes when unsure, so next time I'll do this for sure! I would recommend this cardigan.

Love it. Light weight enough to wear year around. Runs large. I'm usually large but after reading other reviews I bought the medium .... Perfect!

All weather dress up and down
I bought this 2 week’s ago and I wear it almost every day. It layers beautifully with anything - fancy or around the house. It runs a little big so go down one size.
