Shrinks dramatically & pills
I love the quality of fabrics from EF and I love a rolled hem. I wish I loved this the same as the Linen/Cotton blends. This fabric is heavier and does not drape as well & it certainly does not wash well. It pilled and shrunk immensely in cold wash. I am a 43 yr old mom with very toddlers, I will not be purchasing any more EF as I do not want to be hand washing & flat drying my clothes. I do not understand why the fabric could not be preshrunk. I purchase other well made brands & they can accomplish this. I think if EF wants to include the next generations of sustainable clothing purchasers they better realize there is lots of other sustainable brands with a much more user friendly product. What a waste of 200+ dollars.

Ordered this sweater when I accidentally ruined the last blue sweater from the company. I am a devoted Eileen Fisher fan. This sweater is a beautiful color. It’s sized correctly. The material is soft. An excellent purchase.

Beautiful cotton/tencel blend
I have always loved rolled hem cotton sweaters but this is so much better. As others have said the drape is much better than all cotton and my experience with tencel tells me the dark color won't fade quickly with washing like all cotton does. The adriatic blue has just a touch of green, but very dark so not really teal either. Love the color.

Perfect Lightweight Layer!
Pretty lightweight sweater, reminds me of their sweaters that I have from the early 90's. Purchased the adriatic, very pretty color. Great fit, not too baggy, not snug at all. Length ... wish it were a bit longer and had notched sides (like the box sweater EF used to make), but this is acceptable.

Great Lightweight Sweater
This sweater is the perfect weight for three seasons of the year. It is fairly light, but not too light. As someone else noted, the drape is great. It fits perfectly and is beautifully finished.
I love that it is the easy fit, and wish Eileen Fisher made more sweaters in this fit. I'm petite (5'2") and the boxy fit makes me look a lot wider than I am. The easy fit is great for concealing those lumps and bumps, but is still slimming.
I bought the size small in adriatic blue, and was surprised when I opened the package. The color is more of a mint than a blue, and looks quite different from the color on my browser. At first I was disappointed, but decided the color looks really good on me.
In fact I like this sweater so much that I'm considering ordering a second one in another color. It will be really useful in my wardrobe.

Black Wool Jacket
This jacket is lightweight and stylish. The sleeves are a little long for me, but I can roll them up a little and it’s fine. I am very pleased with this purchase and think I’ll enjoy this jacket immensely during the cold months.
