Stylish shoe, does not live up to EF engineering
Really loved the style and comfort of these shoes, thought they would be my goto work and travel boot. Just outside the return window they both completely split on the bottom in the exact same place making them unwearable. Reached out to customer service and was told it was too late to return. This is a product failure and bummed me given my other EF Chelsea boots lasted years while this pair didn’t make it 4 months :/

Beautiful Boot!
I just loved this boot, light, fashionable, zipper worked great, perfect heel and they looked great on. Sadly had to return as size 6 was a little long. I had hoped they would be fine as there wasn’t a 5.5.

Ouch
Purchased online and had shipped to store. So glad I tried them on before leaving the store. I really wanted to love these - they seemed like a great day to day boot. However, the zipper hit the top of my foot in such a spot that it pinched a nerve. I must have a "thick" foot? Boot was extremely tight across the top of foot, all other sizing would have worked. Had to return.
