Sheer but worth the effort.
They are truly beautiful pants, with one major exception. They are really transparent. However, the fit is so perfect I new I had to find a way to make them work. Since I didn't want my underware on full display I had to keep playing around with various nude colors. Finally, the dark nude worked and I kept the pants. I had to have them shortened since I am only 5' tall. I find that in some cases the xxs works better on me than the pp.

A bit short for tall people but lovely pant
The fabric and cut are modern and comfortable. It’s got a nice wide leg and the waist is not at all frumpy even with a bit of elastic. My only complaint —and it’s barely that — is for tall people the length is about 1.5 inches too short. (I’m 5’10” and EF pants are often short on me [love it on the rare occasion they’re long enough-looking at you regenerative wool pant]). But! There is a very generous hem and even though there is top stitching, this pant can be altered to be longer if you do it when the pant is new. That’s what I’m doing and the sewer is confident the stitch won’t show.

It is not flattering in the belly!
While the linen fabric is beautiful and it's nice tailoring, this pant is not flattering if you have a lower belly. I got this online in size M (only one available on final sale) am 5'4'' and 162 pounds with a small lower belly and this pant makes me look like I am pregnant. The worst part is the front pleated part that creates a completely unnecessary bulge in the fabric. Also, it's very long. I have to wear it with heels. I guess it is okay with a long shirt to cover the bulge but if you are planning to use it with a crop or tight top, forget it. I want to keep it but if I could, I would definitely have to take it to a tailor. Not worth the 80+ dollars.
