Breezy Lovely Linen Pants
These linen pants are really long. I am 5’8, and they were about 4 inches too long. Anyone purchasing these pants, may have to have the hem altered. The fabric is great! Like most linen it will wrinkle. My only problem with these pants is the hem. I ordered a size medium and probably could’ve ordered them in a size small.

My all round favorite casual dress pant.
These are easy to wear, easy to mix and match, dress up or down; and don't look sloppy on a slim woman's body. They're even easy to be comfortable in.

Good wardrobe basic in linen
I have these same pants in several colors (beige, black and another pair in white). For some reason, this fabrication is about 4-5 inches too long. It's a simple thing to fix but weird that the standards for this fabricator are so different. I got the pants at a big discount so that's likely why.

Nice natural linen color and the fabric is perfect in weight and drape. Wonderful pockets that do not add bulk on my hips. I am 5’7” tall with long legs so the length is great for me. If I were shorter and the pants fit in every way except length getting them hemmed would not be a big issue.

Color Very "cool" Toned
Nice quality linen, and I loved the long length. The pants fit loosely but are not sloppy, and my usual extra small was the right size (36" hip, 29" waist). However, for me the color was a little too "grey" looking. The color is listed as "natural", but it's not the creamy warm natural of yesteryear. Decided to send these back.

I ordered a petite and it’s not the usual Eileen Fisher petite fit. The length was 2” too long and they are much too long in the crotch. Definitely not a petite cut. I’m seldom disappointed in the fit of a petite small, not sure why this pant is so different. The fabric and style are still very high quality.

Good natural linen. Nice side pockets
Linen was excellent quality. Pants were roomy. Length was long but I am 5'3" so that's to be expected and I know how to sew in a hem or pay for someone to do it for me.

Good Summer Wardrobe Basic-Needs size clarified
Good pant - Good fabric quality fabric with casual-comfort type of roominess.
One drawback for me - even though I ordered this pant in my “always-perfect- length” of PL, THIS PARTICULAR pant came much longer and had to be either altered or returned.Since it is good in all other aspects and is the color I needed in my wardrobe , I chose to have the pants altered .
For the life of me it didn’t make sense that a PL did not come in the exact same length I’d always received on the EF Petite Line. I found that for me, it is NOT a petite size. When it is on the website and does NOT conform with customary measurements of EF garments, it would be helpful to have this stated on the listing.

LONG pants, not made properly to specs
The pants are way to long. I have to get 3 inches hemmed in order to keep them Other Petite/Mediums are perfect. Other people have complained about this.

I love linen pants in the summer and these are wonderful. The weight and opaqueness of the linen are just right. The only issue is the long length that I will need to shorten, even tried shrinking in a warm water machine wash. I am 5'6".

Perfect fit and great quality
Fine linen and workmanship from many years of wear in these elegant and versatile slacks ! I debated about size as I am usually size twelve and not a fan of 10-12 sizing which in some brands is too small - but I went with it and found It a perfect fit!

Lovely looking but a little too sheer and too long
The fabric is so sheer, I canʻt wear them without having to wear a tunic for a top. I ordered a petite, but the length is still too long. Sent them back.

Beautiful and classic quality pants
I bought these pants in beige and white. They are classic, which is my style, and I'll get a lot of use out of them. I'm 5'4" and 118 pounds and the XS fits me perfectly except that they're much too long. I'll have to ressurect my dormant sewing skills and shorten the pants myself since I'm stuck at home until the pandemic ends. Even so, I love these pants and I'm glad I got them!

Why so long?
I love the fabric and the fit. However, I wear a small and these pants are weirdly long- like even with the highest shoes possible ( which of course I would want not want to wear), they were still dragging. I’m 5’ 5” so clearly these are designed for women 6ft tall. I had to return for that reason.

Wrong sizing
Unfortunately I had to return these slacks. They were of top quality except they were sized incorrectly and would have needed a 9" hem and they were at least twice the size they were marked. This won't stop me from being a forever fan!

Wonderful Look
I bought these pants in the Undyed Natural and love them. I’m a long-legged 5’7 and the length is perfect for me, especially if I wear a platform sandal to bring them up just a little. I purchased my usual EF XS pant size and the fit is just like the one on the model. The pocket placement doesn’t add any bulk and the fabric, while substantial, has a nice flow when one walks. Very 1940’s Katherine Hepburn style (if you’re my age, you’ll know who I mean). Like the previous reviewer, I would love to see these made in a blue denim colored linen!!
