Innovative and super chic, with an edge
I must admit, I find a great deal of Eileen Fisher leans too unstructured and a wee bit mumsy for my taste. These culottes, however, are NOT that at ALL. They are a perfect hybrid of a flat front pleated waistband with some subtle elastic in the back. So still very sleek but oh-so comfortable. The linen fabric is gorgeous, and culottes are so great and versatile. You could wear them to a board meeting, or with a band t-shirt and rugged footwear, really, anything. Would love to see these in a camel or British khaki, or other neutral, earthy color. And more designs like this, please!

These culottes look good, they fit well, and they are very comfortable. I’m pretty short so they look as much like wide-legged pants as culottes.
