I have been wearing EF for over 30 years and this pant is poorly made. The fit is ok, but quality control is poor, fabric and stitching, compared to many other EF items that I have.

A little disappointing
Bought these in "Pacifica" because I loved last year's pant in mini-checks. This year's pants don't fit the same way. The rise is shorter and the pants are a bit less slouchy. Since having these pants be a bit slouchy is what I'm after, I'm disappointed by the change in fit. This year's pant just feels skimpier in cut. EF may be saving money by producing a chintzier cut but you're disappointing your customers. We pay attention!

Just great
I missed on these pants last year so I purchased them right away. I am in between classic and eclectic so these pants are perfect. Run a touch on the large side. Fabric is light and cool. Everybody needs a pair

Comfortable, versatile, and fantastic!
This is a great casual, comfortable pant—perfect for day wear during warm weather, but easily dressed up if necessary. The linen is excellent quality and, in black, it's completely opaque. I also like these better than the wide leg, as there is a slight taper that makes them a little more stylish. As always with Eileen Fisher, be aware that they run large. I am slender of hip (generally about a 6-8 in women's pants to accommodate a post-menopausal waist) and the petite small are a little large for me. I appreciate the accommodation, but I could size down without feeling constrained. At 5'4" and change, the length is bang on. I love them!

NICE!
Ordered black. I don’t look great in wide leg pants, since I’m a pear shape (over 60, 128 lbs, 5’6”). However, by sizing down from a S to a XS, I found these flattering and classy looking.

Sizing Inconsistent
The Lantern Pant runs smaller than other EF linen pants. Color is good. Material is lovely. Construction quality is on brand. Cut is narrower in both the waist and thigh. One of the things I appreciate about EF is the reliability in sizing and I'm sad this cut was not consistent.
I can squeeze into in but it's not comfortable. I'm wishing I had returned it immediately in exchange for a larger size.

The Perfect Relaxed Pants
I am 5’1” 140 lbs and the MPetite fit perfectly. I got them in black and in dark green (Pacifica). Unfortunately, there was no white in PM, and the regular size M were way too big.

Linen pants.

Gorgeous lightweight linen pant
Bought as a birthday present for my daughter, we both love the cobblestone colour. Was tricky ordering for someone else, but they were spot on for size. She's 5'5" 125 lbs, slim hourglass figure. Got her the XS. Just perfect. She loves them!

Fit not Consistent
I own these in the PL in the Cobblestone color and the fit is good. 5 stars for that pair. Got the natural color today and did not fit well at all. It has Little give in the elastic, smaller in the waist by 2”, very short in the crotch, does not even feel like they are the same size, but a size smaller. Not sure if it is just this pair, will return and try again.

*The Best and Most Favorite Pant
I love this pant I have bought it in 4 different colors for Spring/Summer. The material is so comfortable, but it always looks nice and fresh . I am 5ft.5inches and I get the petite size for the length. By far my Favorite Pant.
