I understand the unhappy commenters in that EF's linen jersey is very giving and it loosens up considerably with wear and I also wish it had more resilience myself. But the knit does go back to shape with washing, plus its linen cool for the hot weather so I'm still quite happy with this top. I like the cut, very flattering with the slight widening over the hips and the side slits. The bateau neckline is perfect as well, and last but not least the 3/4 sleeves are perfect for those of us with arms that give away a certain age. Price was too, and just for the record the top does run slightly large. I normally take a 1x or sometimes even a 2x and the XL was fine for me.

Disappointing Top
I have always loved the fabrics Eileen Fisher uses. Simple designs and great fabrics. I found this top to feel and look inferior. I wouldnot have believed it was Eilen Fisher. And after wearing it twice it seems to have stretched out.

Organic linen jersey
I purchased this about a month ago. Just washed it exactly as directed. Cold water on delicate cycle, dried at low temp. Yikes !!! What a mess! I haven’t ironed it yet, but don’t think it will do any good. It’s completely lost it’s shape especially at the bottom. I’m so disappointed and, yes, angry. This was an expensive item for me. Lesson learned.

Great fabric - odd length
I really wanted to like this top - the fabric feels amazing, the neckline is very flattering and I really like 3/4 sleeves. However, the length is just odd - I wish it hit mid hip (or there was a version that did). The top was too long to look good on me, so returned. Like all EF clothes - ordered a size smaller than I typically wear.
