Too baggy on me
It looks much fashionable than it was really on my body. I normally wear petite small or extra small. It’s just the extra small is a little longer. Since there is no petite for this, I ordered extra small . Well it was much wider on me, very baggy. I had to return.

Stylish and fun
I love this top. It's a fun update to a classic look, and I can see wearing it in many ways through 3 seasons. Make sure you purchase the right size. I initially purchased a size smaller than usual because of the boxy look, but the details looked wrong in the smaller size (sleeves and length). I reordered the right size and it's perfect. The drapiness of the fabric mitigates the boxiness, and it looks great on.

Odd fitting sleeves
The fit of this top is odd. The lower part of the sleeves are way too tight. It was difficult to even put it on, much less be comfortable. Returning for sure.

A nice top, but...
I would have kept this top, but the slits are cut way too high. You would have to wear something underneath or your skin would show.

Back is shorter than front
This would be a cute sweater if it fit correctly. Don’t know if this was designed this way or produced incorrectly. The back is at least 2 inches shorter than the front. Odd fit. I’m returning it.

Edgy Transitional Sweater!
Firstly, the color chestnut is darker than in the photos...it’s a gorgeous, rich color. The v-neck is flattering and I love the high side slits. I wear either a medium or a large in Eileen’s tops and sweaters. I went with a large because other reviewers mentioned the fitted sleeves. I am glad I did, because the sleeves ARE fitted (not tight, though) and the sleeves might have been uncomfortable or unflattering in a smaller size. The rest of the sweater is voluminous, which lends it an edgy vibe. The fabric is soft with a nice heft and lays nicely, so it drapes beautifully.

A great casual look
Other reviews suggested to size down, and although I most often wear a size medium in this brand, the small fit me well. I really like the style and the fine knit of this top. The sleeves are close fitting, which I prefer. The knit is opaque enough to wear without a cami. I love the V-neck, the loose fit and the high-low hem.

These are very oversized. I just got mine today. I wish I had known to size down 2 sizes. Normally I wear a L or even XL. I have thin arms so the arms are flattering as are the skits at the sides. But the volume is too much. I would have gotten a small if I knew. Also one other issue that none of the reviews mentioned and maybe it’s me but I found the material kind of itchy. Not soft like all my other EF clothes. Exchanging is a real pain right now and the beige has no more smalls. Not sure what to do with this sweater.

Rather awful
This top arrived today and was a huge disappointment. The front is shorter than 25”, the back flares out unflatteringly and the arms are tight. Not a good look. I just don’t buy much EF anymore. I’m not sure what has happened. I’ll just continue to wear the items in my closet.

Unexpected fit
Couldn't wait to get my hands on this linen/cotton V-neck sweater. So when it went on sale, I jumped. The color chestnut is just beautiful. The fabric is soft yet substantial. Love V-necks. However, even though I sized down to a small it was unwearable (I'm a 34D). It was huge. Sizing down to XS would have made the arms tighter. Way too much fabric in front and under the arms on me, batwings sort of. And you wouldn't know that by the picture of the model. It seems this season I have returned more than I have kept. And I am a true EF fan. Very disappointing.

Not what I hoped
I fell in love with this on line and couldn’t wait to get it. It looked like the slouchy, casual stylish look that brought me to EF years ago. I love the fabric: s soft but substantial knit that I would like to have more of. However, I am bosomy and this piece is short, and that doesn’t make a flattering combination. So it isn’t what I hoped. I think that it would be great on a different body type.

Architecturally Flattering
This top reminds me of the original EF cut and swing. I am curvy, 5', 135# size xs was the perfect size. IN STORE tried on xxs and xs per sales associate, Donna. I would have ordered size small online, so for anyone who reviewed this and thought it too boxy, I suggest size down. I sized down 2 sizes!! Chestnut does not reveal body.
