Perfect length
This is a perfect sweater that falls just below the waist—perfect with pants or skirts. The knit is lovely, very comfortable and a flattering style.

Great Sweater in Beautiful Color!
Really love this sweater though the material can easily snag on jewelry, etc. I love the V-neck and I purchased a Size L for a little extra length as it is shorter than expected. The color Haze is beautiful with a hint of gray woven in the fabric. It is very comfortable and flowy so good for late summer/early fall. All in all, it’s a great sweater to thrown on and go or drape over your shoulders. I did purchase on sale and would not pay full
price which is steep at $228.

Nice sweater top but what does it match?
The sweater is great but it doesn't match any other EF color scheme from previous years which I was hoping to match. EF colors are inconsistent between items, over years. So other than the basics black, white, grey, EF colors are just a hodgepodge, so I will be returning the item.

The weave of the sweater is too open. First wear created snags that made the sweater unwearable in public. Definitely not worth the price.

Drapes so beautifully.
I thought this a few weeks ago to wear as a light summer sweater for air conditioned spaces. It drapes and hangs beautifully over the top of my Eileen wide leg pants. The color haze is the perfect transition piece from Winter to Spring. I believe it is light weight enough to wear in the hot summer months. The color is so soft and feminine.
I am 5’1” 165 pounds. The medium is a perfect fit for Eileen Fisher tops.

beautiful periwinkle
I'm glad I tried this sweater as the periwinkle is beautiful and the cropped fit with V neck very nice. The tag warns about snagging on jewelry and sure enough, the sweater picked before I even got the tags off, so be careful! Fortunately the loose weave is such that it was easy to pull the pick through on the other side. I really like the sweater so I hope I don't get stuck on something (and I'm not kidding). I'm taking a star off because of the pick factor being so extreme, but it's definitely a pretty piece.

Length Discrepancy
Being petite in stature, I gravitate toward the short and cropped tops especially when petite sizing is not available. I hesitated to purchase this sweater because of all the negative reviews saying this sweater was too short (now since balanced out with more positive reviews). I did not understand how a sweater, even though labeled short, was too short when the stated length was 22 1/2 inches. Sometimes basic length tops are 23 inches. I finally ordered because the color Haze is so beautiful and a perfect blue gray for summer palettes. When the sweater arrived, I was astounded by how short it was. Then I measured. The sweater I received was a little over 18 inches. My take on this “too short” dilemma is not a matter of actual length but of quality control. I am reordering in hopes this very short sweater was a fluke, and I receive one that is actually 22 1/2 inches long. So, Ladies, if you thought your sweater was too short and did not take time to measure before returning, perhaps, give this sweater another try. Sleeve length, v-neck, and above all, beautiful color are all quite perfect. Hopefully my low rating will change once the replacement sweater arrives and is actually the stated length.
