Wider than expected nice material & color
Beautiful neutral shade with A 4 season knit. When comparing it to similar style in a cotton knit this top was quite a bit wider and a bit shorter.

Fantastic Grey Color and Style Top
I absolutely love this beautiful top! I ordered it in August or September to wear at a conference and it was the perfect blend of beautiful material, semi-casual style, and comfort. I wore a blue and white striped collared shirt underneath to look more professional and it turned out even better than I expected. Well done, Eileen Fisher! Versatile, comfortable top!
It looks better in person. Wonderful woven texture. I ordered a size up because I was worried about the length. Glad I did. It shrank a little when washed, but just enough.

Picks on Fabric
I ordered two items in this color. One came from a store and one in an unopened bag. Both had fabric picks. Not great fabric. Love the color. I didn’t even try one of them on. Then I see that EF has changed how you can return….. their vendor Globale won’t recognize my order. Not great for long term… and I mean very long term customers online and in stores.

This is not a classic EF box top sweater.. It is ultra wide, at least 4 inches wider than my other EF box tops in XXS For a total of 8 inches wider if you count the diameter.
The Arms are by no means slim fit but over 2 inches wider than my other EF box top sweaters. The shoulder seams look cheap, not like what I enjoy and expect from EF. This might work for some people who wear extra extra small. But it doesn’t work for me. If it ain’t broke why I fix it?
All that said, the steel color is a gorgeous blue gray, but I still returned it.

Good between seasons staple
I am surprised that people find this delicate. I have washed mine several times, I traveled with it to Europe, and I find it holding up remarkably well. My only complaint is that the item description says “slim sleeves.“ When I push the sleeves up, They don’ because they are a bit floppy.stay. As a consequence,I am mostly wearing thi layered on top of a white shirt. It’s very nice that way, just not what I originally envisioned.
