Attractive and essential wardrobe piece
I love these versatile cotton sweaters. I generally size down in an easy or boxy fit and this was the right choice here. I'm hoping you'll have the chartreuse back in stock before the end of the summer. I own this sweater in black and in white, and anticipate that I will wear them all summer and right into late fall. More colors please.

Wonderful basic summer sweater
Organic Linen Cotton Cord Crew is a great classic. Lightweight and flattering, the style works on its own or over a thin shirt. Saturated color, soft feel and nice drape. Great top.

It is not often I get a perfect piece of clothing and this top is a perfect length, perfect color and perfect fabric. Light but substantial, great shade of red, not see through and feels great on.

Not What I Expected
I was very surprised to find that a top originally retailing for $228 (I bought it on sale for $178) had unfinished sleeve ends and the bottom was also unfinished. It makes the top look cheap. I know the world is more expensive but if Eileen Fisher is going to continue to appeal to women of means, this isn't the answer. I love the colour - I bought the green, and will find it useful but I will be watching quality more closely because I don't think I can assume it will be as good as the price suggests.
